1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name): Pink 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Navy/Naval 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? The reason why I want to be a vice commander/ vice admiral for naval is because I just want to show how engaged I am with the battalion and show them how great of a leader I can be towards my fellow naval and just anybody in general and to be somebody that everyone can come to for questions, concerns and to just assist the battalion the best I can and I believe if I am allowed to move past to ranks of officers to command by me becoming command I can do so much more things for naval then I could as an officer even if it's just a little bit more, I understand how much effort you must put into the battalion I want to become a command member of naval or any as at that point you are at the top and I just want to inspire others to follow their dreams and not to give up and if they do need any type of help that I am there I am willing to put even more time and effort into naval more then I already am putting into it and I just want to make naval great again. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 7 weeks' worth of playtime of all time, and 1258 hours on the server. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of being a commander or vice commander of a battalion is to of course lead their battalion into greatness, they are to assist the battalion the best they can as they are meant to have the most knowledge about their battalion and what do on a day-to-day bases and overseer everything and everybody and assist them with any problems they might have that made it all the way up the Cain of command or just in general just for something to make it all the way to command in the Cain of command just means that it was something that others could not answer and having the most knowledge about your battalion you should be able to find something to fix their problem or question and give some tips for next time and to make sure everybody is doing their jobs and they are doing it well and to make sure the officers are helping NCO's, Enlisted and the same for NCO helping Enlisted with their task being a command member is to motivate everybody and help out when those in need and just be a great helping hand to others. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : The reason why I should be trusted as an Vice-commander is due to the fact that I have been apart of the community for a pretty long time and the fact that I have been Officer 2 times in the past for naval and now being an active Naval officer and Medical Officer and I was trusted with these ranks even though I know they are not the same as being part of the command team but I believe with all my experience in the past and now I should be trusted to be a command team member as I am grown within the community and I have been learning more and more about Naval every day and I spoke to many and I have learn to understand more and more about everything for this server and for naval its due to all those I has spoken to in the past, I have never abused my powers not even one time and I believe with everything I have done for naval now and the past I know that you won't regret trusting me with vice admiral. 7. (100+ words): Why I believe I should become a medical officer is because I have shown how much I care for medical, as I am in both subbranches of what it has to offer, and I put time and effort into medical most of the time. When there is no medical online for an event or mission and I am off-duty, I will get on medical to provide aid to the troops going into combat. Even though my time in medical is not long, I have seen what I can do to help those who still have questions about medical and need guidance on how to do things, and I want medical to have some fun in my short time. I have been having a blast in medical, and I want others to have the best time they can in medical. 7: Why should we trust you as a Medical Officer? (100+ words): The reason why I Should be trusted for medical officer is because in Naval It's my 3rd time being an officer for them and with that I was trusted to be where I was and am in there and the fact that I am somebody who is not one to abuse power as I am as well trusted to be moderator for the server and with that comes many things I can do such as whitelisting and as a medical now I am trust to get tryouts for both medical and researcher and I serve my duty well while doing so I don't cross my bounders and I am trusted by many and the fact I was accepted into this great community I have learned a lot and I won't ever betray the community's kindness so I will never abuse my powers no matter what nor anyway. 8: What do you bring to the Medical Corps? (100+ words): I can bring many things to the medical corps, such as activity, keeping the battalion busy with simulations and trainings, sharing my knowledge about medical, etc. And I can help with any and all medical enlisted NCOs with their problems and issues they might have or questions. The more time I spend as an officer, the more information I can provide to other fellow medical troopers, and after some more time, I can even help some fellow officers and give tips, and I can bring new members into medical by showing others how great it is to truly be a medical member and showing that it's worth investing time and effort into it to become an officer or more in medical and to help the best I can. 9: Why should we accept your application over other applicants? (100+ words): The reason why my application should be accepted over all applicants is because I will not disappoint the medical corps, and I will truly try my best to show that I am a great member. There is also a reason why I should become an officer, and I just want what's best for medical. As of now, we only have 2 officers, and I want to become one of them to grow the leadership within medical and to show we are not just some battalion that is inactive and show them that we do have great leadership, so we don't die out and be forgotten within the community. 10: Do you have any warns? Commander Hopfnef, Vice Admiral Coolnic How long have you been in Naval? I have been in naval for 20 days, but in the past over 4 mouths. Why do you wish to become a Senior Officer? The reason I want to become a senior officer is because I want to lead this battalion in the best way possible and guide it towards a better future. Because of my experiences as a senior officer for Naval two times, I know that if I were picked to become a senior officer again, I would make Naval one of the most active battalions, as it was when I was a sub-Lieutenant and a lieutenant. At some point, and I just want to make it like it was before, there were at least 5+ Navals on the ship all the time, and we had fun while being on the job, always having something to do and having fun while doing it. For the most part, I take my job seriously, and I help others understand more about what they are doing and about naval itself, and I am a role model to the others on the ship and ground and to the rest of the naval team. What are the duties of a Senior Officer? The duty of a senior officer is to be a role model to all the enlisted and NCOs at all times, to enforce the SOP, and to teach them about things they might not know. Senior Officers have to keep the battalion active and doing something by doing simulations and trainings for the battalion, so the battalion has something to do if there are no events, to host tryouts if there are no NCOs online or they are busy, and to train people that reach the first NCO rank and to show them how they work and get them a tryout certificate by doing so. How will you assist the battalion as a Senior Officer? How I would assist my battalion is to be a great inspiration to the enlisted and NCOs, and I will keep it active and conduct simulations, training, and sometimes tryouts. Tryouts, to grow the battalion, and so if enlisted want to watch the tryout, I will let them, so when they become an NCO, they will know what to expect and do with tryouts, and NCOs can help out with it so they can be more used to hosting tryouts. Simulations, when there are no events happening, and just in general, simulations should be hosted so the battalion can have something to do that's not just sectors and events and so they can have fun and a break from all the work they are doing every day and just recollect themselves so they are needed to do something they can do it as they could recollect themselves while they attended the simulations. Training can make anybody better at their job as it can help their skills and information within the battalion, like practicing firing weapons at ships and charging the weapons, to make them faster and more experienced for events. What qualifies you to be a Senior Officer? What qualifies me to become a senior officer is my will to "never give up no matter how bad the situation is", and I am very active, and I know a lot of information as I was a senior officer twice, and I performed well as I was told by others. I also know how to be a leader and communicate with my fellow naval personnel, and I understand when we can't do anything about something. Due to my experience as a senior officer, I feel like I understand what a senior officer should be doing, how they should act towards everybody, and how, no matter what your rank is, you must treat others with respect. I can bring so much to the naval if you let me "cook".
