I was a former SSO and now SO I've gotten multiple people into SO and have helped with interviews and have also continued to get SO to do some RP with at least 4+ with us online completing SO missions, follow that's I've also hosted multiple SO officers meetings with amazing success. And ever since I joined SO over a month ago the old Kallus said I would be a good prospect, so I continued to then work harder I've constantly would try to do tryouts for both Shock and DT and still continue to do that. What have you done for Shock/Death Troopers? I've hosted tons of try outs with both battalions and have also done training for both battalion as well as sims and missions. As my current rank I've also worked with both of them to do multiple counts of missions and simulations to get the best RP of all 3 of us making sure were never sitting around and not doing anything. And with the power of the Security director I will make sure we always have a interaction between all 3 battalions with out question. I've also made sure in the SO meeting I hosted that both of the battalion where properly invited and made sure they gave SO's a word not to do this or that and to further improve our relationship. What can you bring to Security Officers I will bring extreme activity with in the Shock and Death Trooper battalions maintaining a close relationship with both of them, with DT I will host retracted missions like capture missions of leaked data or leaked information given to the rebels, for shock I will host capture/detain missions and Simulations with hunting people and trying to keep the peace with in the Empire. Following both battalions I will continue to host fun Sims and Missions, I will also give out training to those that are in need and practice with both battalions. Why should you be trusted with this position? I'm current a LTCOL/Commander for the naval battalion and a Senior Moderator, and Game master. I've also been the longest standing SO ever since the old Security Directors resigned, I was also a former Saber guard. What is the job of a Security Director? The job of the Security director is to maintain contact with both the commander teams of Death troopers and Shock, the primary job of the Security Director too is maintain the TSO-Deputy Director. And overall managing the SO sub branch also making sure all the SO are properly trained, And to provide RP for the branch Meaning Sims, Missions, And weekly assignments. Another big thing would to be to over look any lower Shock and Death troopers as you heavily work with the battalion whether its helping a new 2ndLT or helping a enlisted understand the ropes of the battalion. First I would hand out a verbal punishment as (name) please stop spamming the following topics if you will like to get unbanned for Gaming Light servers please make a ban appeal for the corresponding server you are banned on (I would send this is DM). continuing to hide any of the spammed post the user has sent, and following by if this happens to continue my supervisor will be able to fine a suitable punishment for the actions. Roughly around 3 Weeks since I transferred in Why do you wish to become a Senior Officer? I wish to become a Senior Officer in the navy, I believe that my communication skill, and my leadership are adequate enough for this position. Following that I would also like to help the naval with commanding bridge/help during events even more than I can with my current abilities as NCO. I hope to see the Navy grow as a branch and work alongside my fellow members to achieve those goals and to see Naval Thrive. With the position of Senior Officer it can also help me to grow into a better person all around with behavior, leadership, activity, and helpfulness. I believe the duties of a Senior Officer are, To show enlisted the ropes of the battalion and help them reach the point of Junior Officer and even maybe reach Senior Officer. It also requires you to set a very well made role model for the server no matter who it is. I am often on late at night when some staff are not and I witness the rule-breakers not being punished and feel the need to step in and take control of the situation. I am gamer and I play all games all night long. Some times I'm serious, sometimes I like to relax and rp. I am 16 and I haven't really felt the need to be Staff in a game until now, Garry's Mod is full of trolls that need to be taken care of for example Youtubers. I believe this will contribute to my time as Trial Moderator hugely, most of the time staff members could be busy with sits and having more moderators could free up the server admins for serious and urgent problems. Why do you want to become a Trial Senior? [150+ words] I'm a dedicated person who always wanted to be an officer. That's my main goal when it comes to joining any server. Gives me a better chance of becoming an officer in saber guard since I want to take on more responsibility not only within the Royal Guard, but also pursue a leadership position in Saber Guard. I’ve always had a desire to become an officer because I have a belief in becoming an officer since I’ve always viewed it as an enjoyable experience you can have. Especially since as an officer I’d be able to talk when necessary but having the option just makes it so that I’m able to say something and be trusted to say something as an officer. I also wanna help command since in my eyes it’s a noble duty in helping the people who run the regiment you love. Lastly there's the big one where as a command member I’d be able to host joint missions and training. I’m pretty active everyday for a couple hours, whenever I wanna hop on I come on knowing that I wanna protect my VIPs and host some fun sims for the regiment and server. I’d usually be on at 3 EST PM after school and I’d be on all day for the weekends. Meaning that just like everyone who hops on the server during that time I can watch over the men and plan some cool stuff. Responsibilities within the regiment I think about hosting sims and training with the men alongside making sure no one gets in trouble. Sims and training are important because it means people are participating instead of sitting around which makes people think of RG in a goodlight but also makes for fun experiences when it comes to the people on the server.
