My decision stands due to it not being an RP situation as it is an OOC area and for two RDM is mentioned in the MOTD, RDM = Do not kill without an RP reason, this is considered a random deathmatch. From what I see in logs its not the first time as you said. Apologies for the bad frames, couldn't screenshot had to clip it.

That does not change the outcome of the decision considering the situation at hand. MASS RDMing is not tolerated and I will allow the individual to explain and be heard rather than not. I will have patience with the individual at hand and won't stoop to their level. I would then call a Mod+ for assistance or COC (Chain Of Command) for a proper punishment to be held likely. I am a very honest and caring individual, who believes everyone gets a second chance. I am very fair when it comes to situations as such, and being honest goes a long way but as allowed per Staff Handbook consequences will be issued for the behavior from that individual.. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? A2: I would be calm, try to calm everyone else down and try to allow stories at one time to get a clear picture. If I can't control the group and they keep following and interrupting my sit I would freeze all but one to hear the person i'm getting their side of the story from and to continue getting each persons side of the story.. One at a time because I want to rule out the best punishment and to whom deserves such punishment... I would use gagging as a last resort. Then assess the situation at hand and issue the proper punishments to the individual at hand. I would ask for the assistance of the rank above me following COC protocol and if need be it will be risen to the correct Chain of Command. | Ex. I will do everything in my power as a Trial Moderator to enhance my effort and commitment growing and learning more and more each week and proceed with strict rules to those who show no interest in following our rules and making the fun world we enjoy our time in bad and unbearable. Whatever has been incurred by the individual via punishments in the handbook will be told to them prior to any action being taken by either text or voice. If no punishments handed out by me do not work to alleviate the trouble on the server I would follow COC to find the appropriate punishment or assistance that needs to be handed and or handled out by proper Chain of Command.   16. Respect your decision, I’ve only interrupted one D5 Training let alone nothing else. And I was with my higher ups they did not tell me anything. I then left with Wraith and Wendigo. We were enjoying our time and for future references that would not happen again as I take those seriously. It was off hours. Being immature is a little over the top considering I normally take RP seriously. Off hours? A little bit I will be honest but I know when to control myself especially if someone tells me to stop.

  23. I have been on for the longest 2 years ago and had become homeless back then and finally are settling in.. That's why I have no forum also because I was struggling to find a way to be on the forums with the errors i've been given in website and in steam, a lot of time and effort was put into this application... Took me at least a good hour and a half. I also didn't know about the poll which is now added. I have been very active recently too. I am surprised I have not ran into you I hope to run into you sooner than later !

I would legitimately try everything in my power as a Trial Moderator to enhance the punishments incurred by the individual for the respective punishments in the handbook. If no punishments work to alleviate the trouble on the server I would follow COC to find the appropriate punishment that I myself cannot hand out but high seniority can.
