The type of disrespect was for [1] No reason at all (Not Provoked as Stated) and [2] As a member of this server for the amount of time spent he [Don Cheech] should know the rules already [Stated in MOTD]. This was your E4 SF [Don Cheech]. He was obviously caught disrespecting other players, this one with proof. Whether or not you believe he deserves punishment or not, it is absolutely clear that you do not see the problem and I respect your decision CMDR. But I will say this, as a CI CMDR and it Being one of your LTCOL's I would be taking action myself if I heard this going on. Soft or not, we have as a whole server young age groups all the way up to adults. This is not a problem or concern of mines as I have no control over what age groups are allowed to join the server, but must be a reason why MOTD has certain rules set in place for that specific reason.

This has not been the first time that there was disrespect, not towards me but heard of it. Unknown if it was reported or not, but I honestly don't approve or appreciate how he came out at another individual for no reason at all. Just blatantly came out and disrespected Wolfychu. For a LTCOL I'd expect more from him and to have the decency to respect and understand how professionalism works on the job. Nah , I was gonna go for a Associates / or Bachelors but money.. I will after the military though if I don't already get qualified for the Air Force for Bombers I will do the army and get my tuition for College.
