(150 Word Minimum) I feel I am ready to be admin as not only have I been that rank before but I have been active a lot I know what being Admin means and its responsibilities and I understand I will need training if accepted I feel I should be Admin so I can be more helpful within our server of SCP and I feel I should become Admin as there are not a lot of staff active during off hours and there are times where spawns get broken I would like the opportunity to prove myself on the fact that I can do the job effectively. I would explain that this can be frustrating and that I cannot do anything without a clip anyway which would be at that time I would ask if the player who made the report has a clip for me to review if they do I would watch it to see and if the proof backs the claim I would then check the warns if they have priors I would explain that they do have prior warns for this and that I have no other choice but to issue a formal warn but if they do not have priors I would say that due to the fact they have no warns regarding this I am happy to leave this as a verbal warning

I do not know why but I see a lot of people complaining on this one if it is accepted of people failing RP

I know this and I want to put less stress on anyone Admin+ so they can focus on things more important not only that but it can make it easier to welcome them to the server and how to get questions answered and how to get issues resolved

What are you suggesting? - A area/room where we bring new players with questionable/inappropriate names How would this change better the server? - This would help us out by having people change their name with a sign explaining how to this way then it limits name mingery Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - It could make players leave the server as they may not find anything wrong with their name Who would this change mostly benefit? - Staff mainly as we will not have to worry about force changing someones name Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion -

I personally would say to play on our servers for a bit longer before applying and for now I am staying neutral

I love Tyler but I have to say that the Evidence is convincing but I have to ask with this being an RP situation how would GOI know who the Foundation Personnel is? That to me looks like metagaming but I will wait for an explanation before I give a -support or a +support

+Support This man was talking to myself, Sprink, Bucket and Jones yesterday about becoming staff and even asked us if we thought he was ready but no one can tell you that you are ready to become staff only you do which is what we told him and I feel that this would be a great opportunity for Nick to join our amazing team.
