Trial mod Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) Well I haven't been playing for a long time like other people, but I want to make this community better! I will be a good Mod because I know how to deal with people, I like to communicate I am very responsible, and I know how to handle sticky situations like mass rdm toxicity and everything possible. I will take care of this community at all costs I am be very active 5 too 6 hours and I have a lot of experience handling things. I will not abuse my power I want some more responsibility I want to help people and I want to make people happy! I will attend all meetings and never miss one. I will treat the players at my sit with pure respect and I will remain calm and not lose my temper when mad I will handle it in a professional way. I will never be mean to someone I will never be un responsible but I will always remain cool calm and collected. I know how to take jokes and don't overreact to them. I know how to deal with people in a reasonable matter. This community has treated me with pure respect, and I want to return the favor to everyone that helped me and help other people. I'm familiar with commands I am good at communicating with other people I am a good role model to new players and players doing the wrong things this community has been my favorite gmod server since I started playing the first day I was happy playing this server. I will make sure everyone is treating all people with kindness and respect and no negative thoughts on other players. Scenario questions: Select any two of the following four questions to answer for this section. Please note, in the scenario questions we are not expecting perfect answers. We are assessing your critical thinking skills, your ability to use the staff handbook, and come to reasonable conclusions. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I will say to him/her to please calm down and ask why you are mass RDMing if they dont stop after I ask twice to stop I will mute for 300 seconds then I would bring the witnesses to me then I will ask them did you do anything to this person for him too do mass RDM to you guys and if its yes then I would ask what did you say to make him so mad that he would do this to people once I get my answer then I will explain to the people that was doing somthing to him/her to make him/her do MASSRDM and say to the people who made him mad depending on the severity of it is to either not do it again or give a punishment if its severe enough then I will get a Admin to ban the massRDM person banned for 5 days with a formal warning. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated, and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would tell everyone to please be quiet, and if they do not be quite I will say there's no point in being toxic and if they still don't stop then I will gag the people that are talking and ungag one person to let that one person talk then I will ungag another person and let them tell their story if they don't have a clip then I will check logs and get this problem sorted out with the right punishment to the person who did wrong. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I would say to him it's not right to not care about your punishment everyone thinks differently but if you care then you wont eventually get perm banned for what you're doing so just please care man don't let emotions take control take the punishment and please don't do what you did again. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? I would ask him why are you abusing this bug if you know its bannable and then I would call an admin to get him banned for 3 days knowing in handbook as a trial mod you can't ban people until not a trial anymore I will Either kick him or jail him depends on the severity of it. If its severe then I need permission from a higher up to ban them for 1-5 days. I know I don't have a lot of time on the game or started playing recently but I think I would be a good fit I have no enemy's in the server a decent amount of people knows me as a good guy :).
