What you want to see? - Gold jobs
Why should we add it? - More reason for people to buy gold, and for those who cannot afford plat or diamond

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum)
Well this is a leap into the community, and "originally I came here to mess around" and I do regret that decision, I have fell in love with the community so fast made friends with staff, clans, PD, the community in general. If I had to choose how to help the community I would Donate and or become staff, in this case I have done both. In reality I think I would be good in the staff because no matter what I would not pick sides (IN ANY CASE) and I have a good amount of patience. I would take this role very seriously as I would not want to let anybody down, I know I haven't been staff before but I am willing to put my all into it. and even If I do not get this "role" I will still continue to support the whole community in any way I can. not to rant on about this or anything, but I truly do love this server and would be glad to help any way I can.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her/they to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
Well I do have a lot of patience, so I would start of by asking them politely to stop cursing at me/and or the other person in the sit. I would most likely gag him/her and explain what the repercussions of RDMing, Mass RDMing, ARDMing and disrespecting staff. I would un-gag them after and if the cursing continues to happen I will simply re-gag him/her/they. I would call a higher up, Moderator, SNR Mod, Admin, To Ban or kick him/her/they, If I have not warned or jailed them.
(also I am sorry for all of the staff that deal with this on a daily, hopefully I can help some out)

What you want to see? -
I have thought about this for some time, and think we need more car sprays? Maybe we can do submissions on the PoliceRP Discord server (because I still don't know how to use TeamSpeak) and use creative designs as a community, or maybe even pay (in game currency or real money) to work with a staff member to even make your own car "Paint Job", (yes I am actually saying custom paint jobs), and if not then lets just get more added.
Why should we add it? -
number one is so we don't get board of driving, that will mean more people on the road, and that could benefit police OFC's, because they could learn how to be a SNR+ because they get more experience with pulling people over and overall RP.

Well we have the Police benefit side of things, How about everyone else?? Well that is actually simple, we that just means we added something into the game for people to grind for (If you guys wanted to make this a in-game purchase/and if we paid for it) I honestly think this would benefit your server because more people would hop on.

Well... Everyone really, I mean mainly for my sake, but I asked a bunch of people and they said it would be a great idea and they would definitely drive around more. so I definitely think you guys (they community) should really consider it.

Okay now correct me if I am wrong but I do not remember actually being pulled into a sit, I just looked at my warns and received that today, and I also added the statement "correct me if I am wrong" because that was the day after I smacked my head and got rushed to the ER while skateboarding. So I may be wrong here because I am trying to remember from a short time ago (NOT A EXCUSE), but usually I advert before I make a kill, rob a bank, raid, etc. having this warn is just a inconvenience and that is why I request to have it removed,

So far from what I am seeing you are well known of the community, You have been a "Staff member" previously (on another server), and people seem to grow a liking/interest to you, if I was to give you tips it would be try not to rush things and put thought into it, the reason I say that is because you have a little bit of grammar errors and you have basic answers, all though I don't know what a non-basic answer would look like for these type of forums, I don't think you would let the community down and I do wish you well in advance to becoming a "Staff member".
