Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (150+ words)? - I believe I should become a Maintenance Command member because I am very experienced in maintenance, back then around 2019, My first branch was in Maintenance and I left around 2021. So I have 2 years of experience in Maintenance but I never became Command because I wasn't ready, Now I am ready and I will bring all of my experience into Maintenance or Utility. This gives me a chance to finally complete my goal to be in Maintenance Command. I am very knowledgeable in the ways of Maintenance and I am very active when it comes to Utility. Being in command will let me have more resources to configure situations that are shown to people throughout Maintenance. I will dedicated my time and effort into Maintenance and Improve our community. 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? - If a Trainee did escape from the Training Room, I would call an Aos on them and wait for them to come back dead or alive or I would call staff to Tp them to the Training Room. If the Trainee continues to escape and refuse to return I would have a Dnt on that specific Trainee and demote them off the Job. If they continue and flag back on the Trainee job I would unwhitelist them for the specific remainder of time. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple Sop rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? - If a Junior Maintenance broke multiple Sop rules, I would tell them what Sop rules they broke and how to not break them in the future. If they broke the Sop rules on purpose I would put them on a Dnp for a couple of days.

I have the experience since I been in maintenance around 2021. But now I know the ins and outs of Medical and Maintenance which means I am fit for Trauma Engineer. Scenario Questions: Q1: An MTF Nu7 Corporal is in dire need of surgical attention (5% health) but an MTF E11 Captain has asked you to come to SCP-966’s containment cell and fix its doors. What should you prioritize? I should Prioritize 966 containment chamber if there is any medical nearby but if there are not any medical nearby I would give surgery to the nu7 corporal because it's what branch I am only in and I prioritize to my sop. (150 Word Minimum) I already have tons of experience on each branch and while on this community overtime. I believe that I have what it takes to commute and take my place as a moderator in this server. I am a very active member of this community even during the 9/9/2023 if you know what I mean, I am saying that I continued playing on this server and community even during our worse times. I know what's right from wrong even though I want to do wrong I cannot commit this because I want to continue to be in this community. If I ever become accepted into this further community of outright people who continue to overrule people I will do my best to do what is best as a moderator. I also believe that, I have the necessary skills and modules to become a staff in this community. Sometimes during EST times staff are not available for most people because either they are in a Pt or they are not in the server or just afk, I am going to change this if I become accepted because I would be mostly always online from 3:PM TO 7:PM EST. I would be a great moderator because I am mostly online and active but if I am not active it will be either that I am eating or that I am completing homework that was given to me. If this ever happened I would have told each of them to calm down and tell their part about the situation that's happening. If they continued to argue against each other I would gag 4 of them at a time so each person could tell their own story about the situation without any interruption. Finally after each of them tell their part of the story I will sort it out and hand out the given player or players the given punishment. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? The best way to handle the situation is if they do not care about the punishment that is given to them they would be given a better punishment for themselves because they clearly do not care to be in this server with rules that people have to follow. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this?

Why do you believe you should become a Medical Command member (100+ words)? I believe I would be good a command member because I am mostly active whenever there is not much activity or less. I am sometimes on during off-hours whenever I don't have to go to somewhere. When it comes to Medical which is the only branch I am currently in, I am mostly always online whenever what time it is besides my sleep schedule. I have been in Medical before somewhere around 2021 or 2022 but with my experience I am greatly informed of what to do in Medical. I have climbed the ranks and became a Advanced Medic in less then a week. When I become Medical command I will make sure that Medical will enhance once I become command. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them? I would bring up the Sop from discord and give it to whoever wants to be trained for Field Work, then I would go over the Field Work Sop with them and after that I would test them about the ins and outs of the Sop just for them to get a good understanding of what they are getting trained for. After being trained I would show them how to do surgery. 9-3. You see an Experienced Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do? I would ask them what was the reason for shooting D class then once explained I will ask if they forgot about the noncombat rules if they did I will leave them for now but, next time if it happens again they will gain a strike.
