I like this idea and can increase activity on the server. I never see gov use spikes unless if it's on highway and i think this would increase the likelihood of them using it.

Player disrespect In coming many ways such as Name calling harassment and player targeting. The reason I'm negative is supporting this is because if somebody is confused of a rule they are to contact staff to contact staff using F11. You don't need to put a suggestion stating that every single member should be told what each rule is or when or what each rule is meaning if they're confused there to contact staff.
