Scor is an extremely respectable person that has been on the server for many years and it's earned this rank. The reason that I'm plus supporting this is because score is a very respectable person That can be trusted with a high rank. Score is also very active and good at staffing.

Just wanted his car.
Shot past KOS/AOS without warning. He could of been arrested. Gov need to do the AOS part before the KOS part.

You can already change this client side in the !vcmod menu.

We do not need dispatch.
It takes 3 minutes for me to get a normal callout when Dispatch is online.
Dispatch isn't helpful for communications, they confuse people and slow down callouts.
If Dispatch is ever needed online they can always hop on if they are Dispatch Trained by PD high command and if they are SGT+

This feature is something a lot of people paid to have. Giving it to non donators would result in donators being scammed out of what we paid for. I understand your issue, but if you really dedicate this much time to the server, then gold really is not that expensive. I know that I bought plat mainly for all the building perks for situations such as this one. I do no think it would be wise to just give this feature out as compared to how it is currently given out.
