Im sorry Ridgeland, but your application seems rushed and randomly typed up. I feel like you are a great person and a wonderful LT, but you need to actually put some time into this application. You also never put a poll, and did not meet the listed 150 word requirement. -
Its that time, theres always that time. I will miss you guys.
Thank you to @Azrael_and Jackkk for helping me through the way and trusting me in this department.
I have spent years in this server and this is 100% the best department that ive been in. No shit command, not many annoying players, and good people.
I will miss you all, goodbye for now.

I believe that grenades are still fair in situations like Government Raids. If Tactical Command is following the Global Gas and Global Grenade guidelines, I feel they should have the ability to utilize those tools.
There have been situations where we have still used them and lost, and I feel that Criminals still stand a chance against this considering the Government NLR is 3 Minutes, as well as other factor involved.
Gas and Frag Grenades make for good chances to retake objectives, which are increasingly difficult at places like the PD or TAC HQ. DOC and FBI are easier to hold due to the accommodations of what defends their area, fences and so on.
If Criminals plot out a plan instead of rushing in after their NLR is up they would stand a better chance against Government Units. -

This is my personal opinion.
You have done a great job at improving the community and keeping it running. The times that I have seen you, you have always been friendly and helpful with others and have never been rude. I think you would be a wonderful addition ot the staff team If you are more active.
In the end, you would be a great addition to the staff steam, I wish you luck.

I Strongly think that @Travar should be in this position. Travar is a long time member of the community and has the ability to be trusted. He has had very high positions in the past and done very well in them. He has had very high Nu7 ranks before and I think he should have another.
