Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum): I am very active, and ive been on this community for a while, i can keep my cool, i attempt to help people when needed if people break rules i most likely have a clip of it and report it. im a veteran roleplayer ive been roleplaying for about 5 years ive read MOTD Many times, i know almost every rule (including self breaching rules). im pretty well known by the staff team (not in a bad way). i check forums regularly i do not post alot. i am not biased if someone breaks a rule i do not care who it is they will receive an according punishment ive seen alot of people during off hours breaking rules and Staff sometimes not being on. i learn very fast, if im interested in learning new things, i have a very good eye for details i know how to handle stressful situations and when needed i can provide evidence from sits ive dealt with. 

How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: i would give them a formal for Disrespect of a staff member along with a MRDM warn and since cant i ban i would have to request a higher ranking staff member to issue a 5 day ban.

Question / Idea: Would 096 get triggered if he was decapitated 
Background Research: 096 only get trigged due to a biological lifeform looking at the front part of its skull commonly called the ''face'' 
Hypothesis: Subject 96 would enter a state of stress and attempt to kill 96-2 but fail due to the severing of the spinal column and lack of connection to the optic nerve due to its head being severed from its body

Observations (What Happened During Test): Subject 96 became distressed and attempted to attack D-9645 (note: Subject 96s bones were weakened by injection of HF-SbF5 inside the spinal column) Subject 96 rapidly moved towards D-9645 and proceeded to kill and [DATA EXPUNGED] D-9645 after closer examination through EEG tests shows Subject 96 showing brain activity corresponding to the movement of its body at said time  
Evidence/Visual Stimuli: No Visual stimuli was obtained during this test due to the high chance of subject 96 breaching containment

Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): Subject 96 may have a strong connection between its body and head in the small chance it gets removed

Question / Idea: would 096 still get enraged if a dclass looked at his face and be given amnestics  right after since
Background Research: 096 gets enraged and kills anyone who looks at his face, amnestics make you forget stuff and cause amnesia 
Hypothesis: 096 would react but quit his rage due to 096-2 not knowing he looked at his face seconds after looking at it

Observations (What Happened During Test): 096 proceeded to enter his rage state but  stopped and continued approximately 50 seconds later. 096 appeared to be confused and paced around the south side of its containment before entering a state of distress and killing the dclass (note the dclass was Blindfolded)  
Evidence/Visual Stimuli: None

Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): 096 processed that the dclass looked at his face later due to the amnestics and it never having encoutered this situation
