1. Steam Name?: rawagner
2. Steam ID?: STEAM_0:1:41165429
3. Roster Name?: Wagner
4. Current Rank?: 1LT
5. When were you promoted?: April 3rd
6. How long have you been a member of GENSEC (roughly)?: since early February
7. Do you promise to uphold all rules instated by GamingLight and by the many Security guidelines?: Yes
8. Do you promise to uphold your duties as a command member in leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, etc.?: Yes
9. Do you promise that you will listen and respect your lower / higher rankings?: Yes
10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I enjoy being in GENSEC more than any other branch and have really enjoyed stickin around and getting know the other CMD guys as well as a bunch of the SMs, hell right now with the way covid has had all of us locked up, a bunch of these guys have been my way of connecting with other people and I would call them my friends. But back to why I should be senior cmd, so I believe that I am a good people person and do good to solve problems that pop up and am well known and have been setting a good example for the SMs trying to become CMD.
11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I would try to talk to them for the first time and just remind them that they need SGT+ perms then if they continued to do it I would verbally remind them about the SGT+ rule and then end the talk with if they continue leaving d block I will strike them. After the third time I would pull them aside and ask why after being talked to two times they continued to break SOP by just walking out of d block and depending on their answer I would either strike or remove them.
12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: For the first time I would again just remind them that d block is their priority and setting a good example for enlisted personnel. The second time I would reiterate the previous that I mentioned the first time and mention that if they continue this behavior I would potentially strike/demote them. The third time I would again pull them aside and ask as to why they were continuing behavior that is unacceptable for a NCO and depending on the answer either strike/demote them.
13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would the first time tell them to leave d block and or leave the facility depending on what protocol it was. If they continued I would tell them to stop again and if they did not I would make a SIT for FRP and try too conduct their Low CMD to handle the issue.
14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: "First off congratulations for making the jump from Enlisted to NCO. First off you are now a role model for the enlisted and with that you are a role model 24/7 and I'm not saying you cant goof or have fun but minging is a no go. As well as now you can issue protocols on code orange/black. Make sure to not abuse this power and only call them if they are needed. as well as you can now be trained sniper. You also can lead patrols in the LCZ but do not do them if d block is undermanned or during an active large scale class D riot. Also you can be trained for JFTO. Congratulations again and do you have any questions about anything regarding your promotion?" Also I would check the DNP and watchlist to make sure they were A-OK to promote and make sure they request tags/give them their new tags.
