As Zombinator said I believe that this was kinda a victimless crime at a time where the server pop is low. Light has apologized about the situation and understands what he did wrong. It's not like you could have even fearRPed him and interrogated him since R.I.S units can't be fearRPed.

Clips seem a little taken out of context, however, I remember that during the event I saw a bit of arguing back and forth in OOC chat between Walter and Pablo which may explain why Walter would be targeting Pablo. I'm not staff so I can't check chat logs but if someone else could that would be great!

This is cyberbullying. A young kid gets pinned to the wall so he could not move and gets called names. I woudn't even expect this from a trial mod let alone a senior admin.

Bloodstream has been a very active member of GENSEC and I always see him on. Bloodstream is very approachable and, from what I can assume, professional when handling mingy enlisted. Bloodstream also has a lot of diversity in the community being a MSGT in CI, a ME in maintenance, a member of RRH, and a elite medic in medical.

What are you suggesting? - I am suggesting that the testing clearance board in research bunks be updated to what is currently on our testing clearance sheet.
How would this change better the server? - It would help a lot of researchers who are new and don't know which SCPs are on and off the server. Currently, the board does not have advanced researchers testing clearance at all making researchers of that rank have to go out and check discord for it. SCPs like SCP-1155, SCP-15111, and SCP-500 are not on the server anymore but are still listed on the board. Also, SCPs like SCP-8286 are not listed on the board at all. It would just be a awesome quality of life change.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - N/A
Who would this change mostly benefit? - Research
Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion -

While I do think what you did was dumb, it was 4 months ago and I have seen a complete change in your attitude. Oofer has shown himself to be able to change and has become more mature since his return. I would say give him a shot.
