Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? I believe that I deserve the rank of Trail Moderator for many reasons, such as to better the gaminglight community. Some other reasons are that I enjoy playing on the server and want to improve the gameplay not just for myself, but for the players. If were to apply at an earlier date I would have surely been denied, But instead, I took the time to wait and strengthen my leadership skills as a Vice Commander. With all that I have picked up and learned as my role-play rank, I understand that without enforcing the rule things can go out of your control. Even though I am a young age, I am very well likable within the community and I never chose one side until I gathered all the information needed to make an efficient and proper decision How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first start by analyzing the situation. Then would next, I would pull them away and try to get them to calm down and talk clearly towards me. Then I would state that what he is doing is wrong and that it doesn't help that he is using inappropriate language. Whilst I state what he is doing wrong I would look for signs of him not knowing the rules. Once this person is calmed down I would try to see why he was acting so irrational. After this, I would attempt to gather evidence for his punishment. After I gather all of the evidence I would talk to him about what he did wrong and tell him the punishment for his crime. I would then give them a formal warning for MRDM then Request a higher ranked staff member to assist with the ban. If the person were LTAP or KTAP I would also give this information to the Higher Ranking Staff member for any extended punishment.

Man, I am incredibaly impressed with all of the work that the Imeprial Researchers have been puting out.

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : MC IA S MAJ Spaghetti 1023 2. What Regiment are you applying for? 69th Medical Corps 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? I have a lot of ideas to bring to the table but am unable at my current rank of Major. First, I am really passionate about how we do the standard check up. This is because of the way a standard check up is played out it is very simple and does not add any actual interest to what we do as medical. I think I can improve this by changing the path that we choose for the check up such as an eye exam, or a reflex test. This will help Medical by engaging both the medical staff and the patient. Another thing that I want to improve on is Battalion to Battalion Interaction Mission. By evolving medical into the mission it can make more RP scenarios such as surgery and can improve the experiences of medical enlisted and for the NCOs. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Around 2 weeks total playtime. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? Commanders are responsible for maintaining command in a battalion through Influencing, operating, and improving leadership actions. Other things that Commanders do is update/create documents and rewards those who proven themselves worthy of a promotion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I am trusted for VCMDR for the reason that I have 0 warns (and am going to keep it that) and I have dedicated 90% of my time on the server on the medical job. Since my only prior experience is the one I am gaining now I can not say that I am trustworthy of the VCMDR rank, depending on the person that reads this can really say for sure that I am trustworthy. There is only one thing for sure that I put dedication into this wonderful battalion. 7. How often can you be Online? : Daily (CST): Will Most likely going to be active every day. 8. +Support - Cant tell you the number off times i've need to go to the other hanger to yell at a ST shooting at me.

+Support - Would encourage people to become donator - Would Be fun and entertaining to watch -Support - It is a good idea but I can imagine that IQ are doing a tournament, and an ST has the good idea to ruin the fun and interrupt a match.

Pretty good Idea all around, as a suggestion try to add a tad bit more RP to the beginning of the procedure and the ending. Such as ask them to take a vision test ask them what they see, and before you can add a numbing ointment and do an eye test before removing the eye to compare results.

+Support - At Medbays current size it can make it points impossible to do anything, just have two people in medbay can be a hard enough experience. Even after events (which you think would be when medbay would be cramped the most) but we can accept anyone because the server will end up dying - Surgery is a mess. I mean Sub Battalions spawn there, and it isn't spacious and you have to stand on someone to perform a surgery.

The work of the enlisted goes unnoticed. Being in those situations, I wish I had the authority to rank them up; however, I can not as my current position is NCO. 5: Whats your activity like on a scale from 1 to 10: 8-9 depending on my schedule. However, I am online everyday. 6: Why should you be a medical officer?: I should be officer because I am normally the highest ranked online. I have been exposed to officer scenarios and I have prior experience with leadership roles within the battalion. 7: How well do you command other troopers?: In a mission where Havoc was meant to defuse a bomb and 501st exterminated the enemy, medical was at a huge disadvantage with only two personnel online. To effectively aid both groups during the mission, I created a plan to space ourselves between the groups to cover more area. In doing so, despite an enemy ambush, Havoc was able to defuse the bombs, 501st pushed through enemy lines, we won and the two of us were able to provide medical to the wounded 8: Why should we accept your application over other applications?: I have proven myself to be successful in leadership and decision making roles. I can provide clear instructions to my team with creative solutions. In the future, I will continue to guarantee that missions be carried out effectively and efficiently. Name and Research Rank: MC SG S MSG Spaghetti 1023 (Scientist) Subject(s): 501st PFC Scott 7474 Targeted Results: To shorten the speed of which a Minor injure recovers Actual Results: Made a 1/2 inch cut wound into the arm of the patient, injected the serum, then wound Scabbed over after 1 to 2 minute period. Procedures performed: Making the Serum : Started by grabbing sample of blood. Then added monocrytes (type of white blood cell) to the sample. Then added a bacta serum. The result was the the white blood cells were at doubloe the number after adding the monocrytes, AND The Red blood cells were multipling faster. Doing the procedures: Numming of the area where the wound would be inflicked, make a 1/2 inch wound using a skalple. Then to finnish it of I inject a low dose of the serum, the waited 45 seconds to see any new hanges, nothing happened. After another 30 seconds the cut wound have complety scabbed over. How could the procedure be improved: I want to make It so that in large sergery. And that instead of scabbing over its heals over.

And im put into scenarios where that means Im the highest rank. As an officer and getting the status as a 2LT I would be able to keep medical in check even with low personel. Also ive been put into situations where I wanted to promote people but wasnt of the stature to do so. 5: Whats your activity like on a scale from 1 to 10: (1 being terrible activity and 10 being on daily for a while): 10, I play atleast an hour a day and the most I will play is 7-8 hours 6: Why should you be a medical officer?: As stated before hand I am insanely active, And if I were to be officer command of the 69th would be in check more hours than none 7: How well do you command other troopers?: I prefer to give orders and have faith in my soldiers but If I notice people messing around I am willing to put down an iron fist to show that the 69th isnt just for laughs and giggles. 8: Why should we accept your application over other applications?: Watching other officers work ive seen how some of the time the situation can get out of hand pretty fast, and with SOME of our officers not as active I would be a great and a active officer added to the 69th Medical Corps Roster
