I believe that the half-life Medkit wouldn't be able to heal my 20 bullet wounds and 8 broken bones. Would mostly definitely increase roleplay and provide a dependency on medical jobs.

I personally like the fast and realistic TTK. Combat would not take "2 seconds longer", it could be the difference between if you live or not. It gives more time to run away and promotes running straight in until you're low then running back to heal. I think that you should have to plan your attack rather than just run in head first with no severe consequences.
