Why do you want to be an officer?(150+ Word minimum)
After joining back to the server and being reinstated as a NCO I have seen that our officer core is weak in its number and is in dire need of some support. Afterall it is the job of an officer to guide NCOs on becoming better leaders. I want to help boost the activity of the battalion as it is really needed with the lackluster number of new recruits that have joined our ranks. I have also had the experience of being an officer in multiple battalions that I have helped grow activity wise by hosting fun sims that kept the troopers active and engaged. I also want to become an officer to be able to promote the troops I see go above and beyond in the line of duty and show what it really means to be a death trooper by showing courage, activity and the ability to rise above the call of duty.
What makes you stand out amongst the others?(130+Word minimum)
With my prior experiences of command I have worked my way through the ranks of the aforementioned battalions and have picked up on very keen skills that would help me with being an officer. Some of the skills being new ideas of training and new ways of tactical behavior meaning leading men into battle with fewer losses. With being an officer in multiple battalions I have really picked up on what it means to be an officer and the maturity it takes to lead the NCOs into becoming amazing officers. I will always look out of DT and make sure that I do the best for them because that is how DT should be. We are a closely knit squad and if there is one mistake it unravels everything we have worked for.
