So I gave you a warn because we were getting reports about you for a good 30min so I decided to spectate you and saw you do that in my POV you didn't wait even a second (I watched the clip and slowed it down and he was only glancing at you for 0.3s) and just killed him even in the clip he doesn't look at you for a second he barely glances at you and you instantly kill him.

And just to say the warn for for the O5 medical.

Wardens need to be with a LV4+ to interrogate so the person with the LV4 keycard is suppose to open it for them thus there is no need for that

First of all to interrogate as a warden you have to be with a LV4+ so he can open the door.

Second if its LV3 basically anyone could open it and minge in it.

Third and last the cracking time would be way too low for that room.

Ok I am going to clarify this:
SCPs can not breach upon spawning in. They must wait 5 minutes before beginning the self breaching process.- This is the current rule.
What I want changed is that they have to wait 5 minutes even if someone like a CI or a D-class breaches them because right now the 5minute NLR is only for self breaching and not if they get breached by someone else that's what I want to change.

At the moment when a SCP flags on they that to wait 5min to self breach but if they flag on they can their cells can be opened by a D-class or a CI and they can just walk out my suggestion is to make it where they have to wait 5min no matter what even if they just flagged on and a D-class breaches them they have to wait they cant just walk out.
