    back when I was in command of E11, I used to get on my enlisted for doing these kinds of binds personally

    but, not everybody hates them and ultimately its up to the branch to change these kinds of things

    trust me, I hate them too but if you have a problem with em talk to command of your branch or the command of their branch about it first and see if some middle ground could be met

    -Support for a warn on payton

    this man was massivley toxic, openly ERPed in the server, RDMed, and showed no care for the community

    I think a ban is justified .

    as for a warn on payton

    he was the only staff on, someone was breaking so many rules and he took action

    even if he wasnt supposed to take his own sits, his actions were just and he did the right thing

    its better to break a rule doing the right thing than to follow the rules and watch someone like this just do what he wants.

    so, he seems sincere and this is a first offense so im willing to give a second chance

    I also dont see how killing one guy is considered "MRDM"

    unless he did more than one/ attempted to kill more than one so please correct me if im wrong

    until mystery comes in and explains this, im gonna leave a +Support for now.

    the reason we had utility/Research/Medical CC's removed for a while back in the day was because of these kinds of things.

    the abuse of saying they "had perms" to do certain things when they really didn't.

    adding this feature would basically circumvent this entire rule and make joining any of those branches pointless with just some money to burn.

    also, even if this was added, how would you keep track of what CC's are allowed to do what?

    m8, literally only one of these warns even constitute anything about failed breaching

    the fact that you arent even mentioning/owning up to these just goes to show you have not changed at all and if not for weiss we would have not found out about these.

    I get they were a while ago and people can change, but the fact that you keep trying to hide it and make it seem less severe than it actually is shows no change to me

    Can you share why this happened? maybe give us a screen shot of the warns?

    also this is extremely lack luster and just basically you saying "oh, ive played on the server for a while so can I be unblacklisted?"

    just because you play a lot/spend money doesnt mean you get to do whatever you want

    - literally like 14 more words and you would have met 150 word requirement (come on man, that just shows no effort)

    - event idea is literally just a GOI event, nothing special or creative

    - based on server position, it seems you are still rather new to the server, so I'd rather not trust newer players with that kind of power

    that map had one of the laggiest surfaces ever, just due to all that snow, it was just awful and basically made combat up there nearly impossible

    but yeah, overall I would like to see that map back again

    literally admitted to threatening to rape someone and just went "whoopsie, forgot about that"

    says he made the forums account like 3 years ago but has little to no forums activity

    also im pretty sure you cant become staff when you are staffing for another server, unless thats changed while ive been away for a while

    I believe with some more effort, improvement with reputation in community, and increased activity he would be a good candidate for staff in the future.
