I have and always will be in support of making more use of these roles on TeamSpeak. The only issue with these is that, at the moment, it requires SMT to assign them which can likely be changed.
The only downside I could see of this is a less organized TeamSpeak w/ way more cluttered roles, but honestly I don't think it'd be too bad. -

After looking into this, we have decided that this is an intended feature of the game and NOT a bug. If you think this should be changed in the future feel free to make a post in the suggestions section of the forums for that server.

This is something that most likely won't be too easy of a fix, and it doesn't occur frequently enough for us to spend resources on it at the current time.
If you find someone doing this, please get evidence of it and report it to Staff as it is considered exploiting.

As many others have said, the easiest way to fix this is to close and reopen the F4 menu and it should be fixed.
If that does not work, then you can type the job command in chat. It should put you on that job, i.e. /utility_high_command in chat if you want to flag onto Utility HCMD. -

This is definitely something we can try and look into. I honestly feel it could encourage more people to stick around when they're new to the server as well.

The thing that I had a huge issue with was when he kinda lied to Security HCMD regarding their new job, I may be wrong when I say this so feel free to correct me however I was told he told Security HCMD that the majority of Site Admin are against the job, however the vote was a 7-1.
The other issue recently is mainly communication, Sometimes it feels he chooses to ignore certain topics and situations, however he hasn't been able to be too present on the server and I bet he gets shit tons of msgs everyday regarding this server so I can't expect him to remember everything.
TL:DR, Colt is one of the best managers when he's present and actively able to dedicate a sizeable amount of time to the server, but recently it's been extremely limited. He has a few issues but who doesn't? If Colt is able to free up his schedule more and get back to business it would be wonderful, I dont think he needs to be replaced at all but simply given a wake-up call.

I 100% agree with this. Coltable has shown to have great potential and has been a great Manager. However, with his recent absence, communication as well as timeframes on changes have been relatively long, and it's been difficult to get much done. Hopefully with finals coming to an end, this changes and we get back into a good flow of stuff getting done.
Regardless, I think everyone on the server is looking forward to future changes that this Community has to offer, and hopefully this is a stepping stone in that direction (Which is what I interpret a major chunk of this report is intended to do).

This is not a bug that we can directly fix.
If this issue is still occurring, please create a Support Ticket on the main GL Discord, or take a look at the knowledge base on the Forums.

The report being displayed isn't much of Staff Report content, but would be suited better as a Player Report.
In this circumstance, however, the individual in question had already been punished in-game for their NLR infraction, meaning a player report is entirely unnecessary.Due to how FellowWanderer had handled the situation as well as the rule breaking they had engaged in, I will be speaking with them to ensure this doesn't happen again.
