What are you suggesting? - That O5 staff team such as Red Right Hand, O5 Researcher, O5 Medic get LVL5Level keycards.
How would this change better the server? - Would give O5 staff team a better RP experience by them actually getting a lvl 5 keycard instead of a LVL 4. it makes no sense for Special forces to get it but O5 staff team cant.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - No

Theres not an SCP breach every 5 minutes, Scps dont need feeding every 5 minutes, CI dont raid every 5 minutes. Our job is to patrol. This suggestion is not balanced out for any branches at all. CI will have multiple forces coming at them, As much as i love the gensec boys we dont need their help patroling at all.
