"A verbal warning can be given out in response to minor misconduct, and can be used in situations where someone may be new to the server and not fully aware of specific rules."

As with how trivial the rule is, I feel a verbal is best suited

Was E11 on site on a DEFCON 3 or above just prior to this incident occurring?

They were on site for defcon 3, we eliminated the threat, the defcon changed to 4, we were leaving, the infil attacked

  3. This warn made no sense, and it kinda frustrates me. Daniels and E11 were in the process of leaving the foundation, and saw a threat, they shot it, meaning that they're in RP, and hadn't left the foundation yet, despite the defcon change. Plus, with what Jay said.

The evidence for me was on the logs he was spawning props multiple times on D-class.

Yes, but context is very essential for things like that, as there could have been reasoning for said prop spawn

  5. This was pretty dumb of a ban, especially for a trial mod to decide, honestly.  The jailing is ridiculous, and the ban was even worse for something as minimal as prop abuse. No one was angry due to the prop placement, and there were probably no reports (as this is usually what happens with mic spam/propspam reports) and was punished purely by the mod. As well, Jackal is a friend of Dempsy's, so it is just a dumb joke. Another warn is much more appropriate for this, and this ban makes no sense.

-She helped an insane amount for RND when she was in there, practically making a messed up pile of papers into countless documents, that made a lot of people join off of it alone.

-While I dislike the public RP, you have to admit that she is good at it.

-She's trustworthy once you get to know her, and very friendly.

A quote from Rang's signature, "A good soldier obeys without question. A good officer commands without doubt." That being said, I do not believe the STF should receive a punishment, but the Omi9 should due to their bad order (sorry).

could not have said it better myself

+/- support personally I think the D4 should be left out of this because he was just relaying the information to the E11

Jay was just following orders, and he was asked to stay in, so he did. And if anyone should be getting punished, it should be Kilo (sorry).

  9. Your In-game: Ashie

    Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:81732935

    The admin's name in-game: Munchies

The admin's steam name (If you know it): N/A

What warning did you receive: RDM

    Evidence of the warn (REQUIRED):

Why do you think this warn was false: It was an accident by him, as he was given a steam id instead of a name, so he assumed I left the server, so he gave the warning without a sit. I had proper reasoning to kill who I killed, and it was purely just an accident by Munchies, I don't want him punished in any way. I was asked to appeal this strike by Munchies.

Any extra information: Munchies will +Support this as proof.

  10. Look, I'm a fan. I think the statue should more just be about Jacks entirely, however. As much as we may not like to admit it, Jacks have made a pretty big impact on D-class, just like the Italian Mob.
