Wrong I don't know what people don't understand. This has nothing to do with fearrp. Literally I don't know how but Orange is the only person who understands. Getting fearrped and cuffed is different from getting insta cuffed by a random sarkic or CI

I know the person handling this app probably wont see this but.
When I first met noble in game he was very responsible and mature and tried his best in research. Hes a great guy and as a Retired 1LT in security and retired RFA in research. I think hed do great at this job.

What are you suggesting? - You cannot change to a weapon while going through the process of being cuffed, but you can't be cuffed if you have a weapon out.
How would this change better the server? - Makes sense, also balanced
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - No
Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everybody

What do i want to see added - 1245-2s harpoon being an insta kill, and his machete doing 150 damage a hit
