I understand MTF use 999 to help re-contain 682 but he should not become the "go to source" of re-containment, he should act as a secondary source of re-containment, if his roll fails people should sit around waiting for 999's 5 min timer they should be continuously trying to re-contain 682.
There are already plans in the works to nerf 682, we do not need even more.

How would this change better the server? - As everyone sees, there are more insanely powerful classes to combat d class everyday. There is riot control with insane shotguns, and sniper. Goliath and Nu7 SF. It is extremely hard to play dclass now. Spending the money to buy a CC is completely useless now because u will get mowed down no matter what. The only difference is a variety of pistols the falcon is better than and u can survive a gun fight for a second longer. I want SMGs to be able to be bought by dclass.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - No, it gives everyone a challenge especially since the insane activity with security and such.
Who would this change mostly benefit? - DClass
Now i am not asking for all SMGS
I am just asking for the Mac 10 and the uzi at least

How would this change better the server? - The armory we have right now is way too small and cramped. If we were going to add the old armory, not only would it be bigger but it would bring a better atmosphere to LCZ.

Theres a difference between stopping riots and camping the elevator. Unless u wanna play dclass for like 5 minutes you can see.

Completely changed my mind the fact this job has a ton of HP and ARMOR on top of a minigun is insanely OP. There can literally be 5 of them on at once. In no way is that balanced or fair. Get rid of it

This doesnt seem like interesting gameplay at all when they are also shooting up into UDB.
Riot Control can still pass the blue line but Id rather them not camp the elevator so hard.
