Only a few knew this was coming but its time to set it in stone As many of my fellow cmd know I'm a college student and recently I have gotten to the biggest part of my life. A month ago I applied to a Radiological School program and a week ago I received my acceptance letter and was fully accepted into the program ive been trying to get into for years. Sadly the cost of this is having to resign from these duties that I have kinda slacked on near the end due to the increase in my schedule. I will be stepping down from my position as VCMDR so this role can be filled by someone with more time to put into the branch Before I resign however there are 2 things I wish to do: 1st is that I transfer ownership of CTF to both Shadows and FusionThunder as both the deputy heads of my personal pet project. 2nd I'm not gonna fully be gone so dont you minges expect that I wont be watching smh Some Special Mentions: FusionThunder: Try not to completely torch CTF and please prevent blood from turning Nu7 into furries. Shadows: Now that Raptors is on the server and you're pretty much in charge of training Fusion how to CTF I hope you will stay active and get to that LTCOL spot. Kevlar: We joked around a lot but you were pretty fun to play with, would definitely see you as the next COL. Blue: You left us sadly but you were one of our best cmd, now get E4 Overseer for us <3. Dog: A new face pretty much but you were fun to have around and proud of how fast you climbed up the ranks. Paul: Dogs clone but constantly saying chicken butt Blooddragon: You keep G9 alive with Kevlar and make sure it stays good Every single D5: We may have not interacted much but seeing each new face join and enjoy the branch that started off so small made this the best few months ever. Keep doing what you all are doing and D5 will be the next Omi-9. VCMDR Robby AKA Roster Slave signing off

+ support FG-42 and most smaller capacity LMGs should be more of a high powered rifle rather than a shitty ares shrike, yes the recoil is easier to counter but the low damage and most combat being at range makes the FG-42 and BAR useless despite being such cool guns. Also demo expert in general is just awful and needs some love again. I want my bomb bois back

Denied Due to Application Showing Low Effort and Missing the list of Warns The Application Has Been Denied By D5 HCMD. When Applying Include All Relevant Info, Having No Warns Requires Screenshot Proof.

What are you suggesting? - Make it so the CI dog can only flag on under certain conditions similar to how Enoch works. Its pretty dumb that a job in a Non Combatant branch can just flag up and go into combat with a 939 swep and barely any rules preventing it from destroying Gensec completely. How would this change better the server? - Make it so days with low MTF numbers are actually doable for other branches as the dog is basically impossible to kill as any class other than a group of MTF Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Complaining Who would this change mostly benefit? - Foundation

Make D5 guns use hitbox instead of bounding box
Marshmallow Purple replied to Average Pipebomb enjoyer's topic in Completed
Re45 and the other weapons use T2 VPK not TFA, also enlisted model hitbox widens when using some helmets, we are fixing that ourselves -
Make D5 guns use hitbox instead of bounding box
Marshmallow Purple replied to Average Pipebomb enjoyer's topic in Completed
You do realize Re45 uses a different weapon system right, so its not gonna function the same, Also doesnt seem to effect riot shields in any way so idk why that was mentioned -
Make D5 guns use hitbox instead of bounding box
Marshmallow Purple replied to Average Pipebomb enjoyer's topic in Completed
Show a clip of this happening, cause it hasnt happened for anyone else using them, riot shields always block the shots from the direct front -
General suggestion Bolt caster nerf [Completed]
Marshmallow Purple replied to Average Pipebomb enjoyer's topic in Completed
It doesnt have any perks, No life steal or passive regen, the block only stops a few shots and its got awful range as well as low damage I watched the mech hit the walls around it several times, plus ive seen how the kronos gun works against the sword, the sword doesnt block the bullets at all, Had Piller shoot me several times with it while blocking and every time it went right through, thats an issue of lag and just not aiming at the person. Also its a HCMD job its not gonna be weak -
Make D5 guns use hitbox instead of bounding box
Marshmallow Purple replied to Average Pipebomb enjoyer's topic in Completed
It 100% is, show a clip of a d5 weapon shooting a riot shield head on and the shots going right through, cause I have about 6 that show otherwise. If there is no proof then this isn't a suggestion its just targeting Show a clip cause you have made 3 nerf posts but not once shown any evidence, seeming more like bias rather than a balancing issue -

Marshmallow Purple replied to Average Pipebomb enjoyer's topic in Completed
Show a clip of this happening cause I haven't ever had this issue nor has any other long time command who were around at the begining -

Marshmallow Purple replied to Average Pipebomb enjoyer's topic in Completed
Sounds more like a riot shield issue rather than a D5 issue ngl -

Marshmallow Purple replied to Average Pipebomb enjoyer's topic in Completed
Are there any clips of this happening cause as someone who's tested all of these weapons and used them in combat, only one of them goes through riot shields and deals damage, so if there arent any clips I'd say this is just a pointless suggestion -
General suggestion Bolt caster nerf [Completed]
Marshmallow Purple replied to Average Pipebomb enjoyer's topic in Completed
In that clip I watched you miss around 90% of your bites as well as the 939 swep having terrible hitreg, Dont think this is a sword issue -

Marshmallow Purple replied to Average Pipebomb enjoyer's topic in Completed
This has been discussed several times and it already was dealt with Heavy -Support Reasons why it doesn't need any more changes: 1. It has very short range 2. It has not life stealing ability and never had that ability, no idea who started this stupid claim 3. It can block only around 2 shots ever few seconds, more RPM = More Damage dealt 4. Horrible melee hitreg like most of them 5. Not immune to Dolos stab or Kronos Chaingun at all, this is completely false and it has been debunked in weapon testing on the server. 6. If you are that close to the D5 Commander just backtrack and use range, if you rush a guy with a sword what do you expect to happen. 7. It already got a nerf and the sword only does around 70 dmg to a dclass Long story short, this is a pointless suggestion that has already been said before When did this happen cause when I did testing with the sword it did full damage, same with Kronos Chaingun -
Minor change to the 5 min timer rule for SCPs - Denied
Marshmallow Purple replied to Cecil Stedmen's topic in Denied
Dont forget about CTF D5 cause we can test on scps as well ;-;. Mega +Support The biggest allure of SCP in general is the danger of testing going wrong and a simple error leading to a keter breach or worse, I think it ruins rp possibilities if an SCP is forced to stay and do nothing cause of a rule that is strictly speaking an invisible chain. Also incident reports are super cool and need to be implemented in some way -
What are you suggesting? - LCZ Interrogation Room having its keypad lowered to LVL 3 How would this change better the server? - With the new clearance level system practically no one can unlock interrogation room especially most wardens who need access to that room. Since most classes lost the lvl 4 keycard it makes sense to lower they keypad restriction that way SF or HCMD dont need to be contacted to open up interro while something much more important is going on. Also with more classes being able to unlock the room allows for more RP as interrogations are rp heavy, but it would have to be rank restricted even if they have the proper level keycard. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Would have to add rules stating which ranks cant enter interrogation room even if they have the proper keycard to unlock it, also they keypads would have to be manually changed to reflect this. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Wardens mostly but would pretty much be a positive for everyone including CI who will have a shorter hack time to rescue a captured ally.

SCP-049 - "The Plague Doctor"
Marshmallow Purple replied to Diablo1917's topic in Foundation Test Logs
Grade 85/100 Presentation: 15/25 Lore: 25/25 Execution:: 20/25 Other: 25/25 Comments: A classic test idea with some interesting data, however would look much nicer in a google doc with some more detail and other stylistic inputs. other than that I would love to see more tests in hopes of finding out more about this long lived question research has always had -
+ Support I agree however the stun mechanic really should have a cooldown so its not just annoying spam, plus it can effect through walls and for a very small percentage of MTF (G9) this creates several issues such as audio and visual glitches when we are stunned. Would suggest a 1 minute timer between stuns or just remove stunlock since no one really likes that (912 is the best example)

Very delayed but can you please let me know which G9 killed you for that as even when we had the redaction confusion KOS was never allowed - GH3

<SCP-098> Research Project Leader: Research Supervisor Robby Object Class: Euclid Item Description: SCP-098 resembles a form of crustacean crab ranging in size and variation. They possess both razor-sharp claws and tough armor. Containment Procedures: Members of SCP-098 are to be kept in a 10 m x 20 m room with small pools of water and a sandy substrate. Rocks and driftwood are to be left in a random arrangement for SCP-098 to nest in. Re-containment Measures: SCP-098 can only be recontained by termination. Test Idea: Seeing if the "Surgeon Crabs" got their name cause of medical knowledge greater than an average crab Hypothesis: SCP-098 may have some anomalous knowledge when preforming its surgeries and would most likely have something similar to the knowledge SCP-049 has. Testing Log: First some D-Class were obtained and prepared to be injected with 2 different forms of diseases, this was to see if SCP-098 instances could detect and possibly treat illnesses as a human surgeon could. The diseases selected were a mild form of Malaria and the Polio Virus and each D-Class was carefully turned into a carrier without the contagious traits. After the D-Class were ready they were rushed to SCP-098s CC where there was 1 instance waiting and this particular instance showed above normal levels of intelligence and was relatively calm despite the on site chaos. When the 2 D-Class were placed into the cell the 098 instance began to inspect the first D-Class, now designated D-098-INF1 and after a few seconds the instance was able to somehow identify and point out the telltale traits of Polio. Next the 098 instance moved onto the other D-Class, now designated D-098-INF2 and was unable to identify its case of Malaria which may lead to the theory that 098 instances cannot detect any waterborne illnesses due to their aquatic nature. Due to the frustration SCP-098 lashed out and [REDACTED] D-098-INF2 which lead to the subjects quick death. After calming down the 098 instance returned to D-098-INF1 and proceeded to cut open the subject, remove the infected areas and somehow cleared the subject of all traces of Polio After all was done the SCP-098 instance was left alone with the 2 bodies as reward for good behavior and the test concluded. Testing Results: Was The Hypothesis Correct?: Yes but further testing will be initiated to understand the knowledge level possessed by SCP-098 instances. Were There Any Incidents/Foundation Deaths?: Unable to say for sure as a CI Mech was spotted as the testing was going on but had no effect on test outcome. How Will These Findings Help Research?: I believe that these findings of SCP-098 having some form of medical knowledge is a wake up call to how dangerous and possibly similar this SCP could be to other medical anomalies such as SCP-208 and SCP-049. <Research Supervisor Robby Signing Off>

Grade 90/100 Presentation: 25/25 Lore: 25/25 Execution:: 15/25 Other: 25/25 Comments: Very interesting test however I would love to see more research into why and how SCP-330 knew the dclass knocked it over, maybe it is even sapient and/or sentient. Overall very good and neat log but very short, would love to see a longer one!

Gonna mention this for the 3rd time, forum reports are for situations that were handled in game already but believed to be improperly handled, read before you blindly defend your friend

+ Support 23 weeks and someone who clearly knows the game (Have talked about hitboxes before), this is just false and kinda disappointing to see a SNR CMD member lie about something so easily proven false. Would suggest an actual punishment cause MOTD states exploiting of any kind is against general rules, no one is exempt

In Game Name: D5 HFTO COL Robby H0M0/ Ex CI RND AIN Gerry COMA Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:94066606 What's your current Rank & Branch: COL in D5 What Type of Command Position are you applying for (Senior Command / Low Command): Senior CMD Date of when you first joined your branch: First joined research back in 2019 but got into D5 on November 1st 2021 Why do you deserve the position? (50+ Words): As an old school researcher who worked under many of the best researchers: Watkins, Weiss and Protege, I believe I am well suited to help Research return to it's former glory. I am great at managing branches as in D5 I do a fair share of the work and even do some HCMD stuff plus I write SOPs like it's nothing. My biggest reason for applying for this position in particular is that I believe with my large list off good command experience and the plethora of PTs and Mass Tests I did in RnD show that I am more than qualified for a Senior Command Position. I love SCP lore and I try to do tests that involve SCPs that usually arent on the server but super interesting, An example is SCP-745 "The Headlights". These little known but interesting SCPs from my experience greatly improve passive rp and allow more creative freedom for just about anyone to have fun and stay engaged with the branch. What is your main goal of being Research Low / Senior Command (100+ Words): It should come as no surprise that the reason I am making this application is to help lessen the load of my current peers and in my personal opinion I believe only someone who can appreciate passive RP and how rare it is on the server now is someone who is fit to hold such a high position. My main goal however is to be able to relieve the burden current research command faces and help take the workload off of high command since we are here to have fun and create cool mass tests for the lower rank researchers. No one wants to spend all their time doing SOP and roster stuff especially if there are only 2 people doing that, the more helping hands equals less work and pressure on everyone. Another reason I am applying is because I truly love passive rp and have always had a passion for SCP lore, as senior command I would want to help research bring back these fundamentals that were so prevalent when Weiss had to rework way back in 2019, what I consider a golden age for passive rp. Finally my last goal and reason for applying for senior command is that I really like research command and I would hate to see them get burnt out and leave cause of all the stress on running a branch alone. Do you think there is any issues with the branch and if so how would you fix it: From an outside perspective the only issues I see with research is activity and test variety. I cannot count the amount of times I have seen either 682 termination tests or tests involving the book of diseases. I would fix this issue by promoting test creativity and using scps that arent on the server or even doing tests on the more rare SCPS (2191, 8286, 7101, 5208) as it gets boring reading the same stuff over and over. Why should we accept you into Research Low / Senior Command? (150 word minimum): Most of the reasons on why I should be accepted I said above but I will reiterate them here: As an old school researcher who worked under many of the best researchers: Watkins, Weiss and Protege, I believe I am well suited to help Research return to it's former glory. Along with this I also have a lengthy amount of command experience both on SCP RP and Imperial RP which shows my ability to lead and manage branches effectively. Some ranks I held on Imperial RP were: Vice Marshall of SF, Vice Commander of IC, LTCOL in the 69th Medical Corps, Founder and first Director of the Imperial Medical Research Division, 2LT in Stormtroopers and 2LT in Nova Troopers. On SCP RP I was a Low Command in both Technical and Janitorial, Elite Field Medic in OG Medical, Assistant Inspector in CI RnD, OS in Maintenance and I am currently a Delta 5 Colonel as well as the Head FTO, first Director of CTF D5 and the current G9 Deputy Head as well as the first G9 to be initiated. With all of this experience as well as seniority I am more than fit for such a high rank position. I hope this application is more than adequate and I hope I get the privilege to work with you all!
