    What do you want to see?: The Removal of the Bacta Grenade (weapon_bactanade) from the Medical Droid Level job.

    Why should we add it?: People constantly hop on the job and abuse the grenade by resetting and lowering peoples HP/It has no real use as it does nothing but harm people HP anyway.

    What are the advantages of having this?: Minges wouldn't be able to abuse it + It just lessens the amount that grenade is used (Which helps EVERYONE)

    Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length)
    I believe I deserve this rank due to the fact that I have a large amount of time in this community not only as a player and active supporter but as a staff member. I know a large majority of this community and I know a lot of staff members, I've been mentored not only by my trainers but by higher ranking staff on how to properly handle situations while keeping my cool and while being as unbias as possible. I know what punishments I am allowed to give and I know the handbook like the back of my hand knowing what I can and cannot do at the rank of trial-mod. I am ready to be the face of the community as it's staff team and I am ready to prove that I am responsible enough to handle whatever I may need to handle. Finally I can be extremely active being on for hours a day, days a week.

    How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
    I would first try explaining what they have done wrong, if they begin cursing at me I would try to ask them politely to stop. If they were to continue I would then gag them and begin kindly explaining what they have done plus the added punishment of Dissing Staff and Being non-compliant (If they have no mic/continued in chat I would mute them) I would then warn them and have a correct ranking staff member give the appropriate punishment for MRDM | Staff Dis | NCWS.

    This would do nothing for the lower classes that die to the gun, only help strong classes, especially MTF presence in D Block, that already survive easily since they can escape and heal.

    Would like to add most of the hits to models without limb damage do roughly 95-100 most of the time.

     

    Officer has a combined total 150-2*95= still a 2 hit

    LCPL has 200-3*95= A 3 hit, but most of the time already it still is a 3 hit.

    CPL has 225-3*95= still a 3 hit

    New JrNCO has 275-3*95= would still be around an average of 3 hits factoring this model takes limb damage/ headshots

    New NCO has 300-3*95= would still be around an average of 3 hits factoring this model takes limb damage/ headshots

    You can do the other jobs but since these are the main jobs that are affected by the gun damage after 3 hits there has been plenty of time to strategize a run to somewhere to heal.
