+Support Great guy, fairly active, deserves a chance in being in a command position

+Support It will help keep track of who has had verbal for things. Right now the only line of communication for this is admin chat/discord. So having some sort of system for notes will help a lot.

+Support I told snappy to warn a group of people which was a few bloods and two Thiefs and granpa was pulled up and i didnt realize that he did do anything until after he was warned

Major +Support Sounds like a another good way of getting money/ores plus it adds more for crim to rob/do not only us older staying players but for new comers.

The first reason I will begin with will be that I have high command experience from being the Marshal of USMS, USMS is the only High Command position iv held but i have, and currently hold a bunch of Low command Positions which are SRT 1LT, HRT 2LT, SS AD, FBI DAD, CERT 2LT, DOC CPT. Being in these positions have helped me understand what high/low command does and how they should act and I won’t lie I have had my fair share of not behaving in a correct manner but I believe that this is also something that helps me be a better leader. I believe that getting in trouble and having to be talked to has helped me understand what it feels like to be on the receiving side of things and helps me with disciplinary action that I must give to anyone. Another thing that being in those positions has taught me is what to look at when looking for new command. Moving on to my time in PD Command I have been in PD Command 2 time's first was up to LT and well now Colonel i have been in PD command since around August 19th or earlier or later then this date I'm not really sure. Being in PD Command this long has taught me how to be PD Command. I have learned how to handle reports, how to look for promotions, how to settle arguments between people and just how to be a command member that people can like. I have been in command in most departments on the server and it has helped me improve how to be a good command member and help anyone in any department. I have wanted to be Assistant Chief for a long time pretty much ever since I’ve talked to PD High Command on a regular basis and help them with thing's it’s interested me for a long time to become the Assistant chief to help this Community grow and become better. Man your a really good friend and always have been towards me from day one, When we were made HC together i was like this isnt going to work but week went on and months and we made USMS good again we got a good Command team, Supervisors and even a bunch of Enlisted which are moving slowly. Its sad to see u go especially a few months from our anniversary of our Promos to DMAR/MAR and it's going to be really weird not seeing u on patrol (PRP wont be the same with out) but i wish u luck on your travels my good friend and hope to see u again on GL or other games.

Well this is my very first time writing one these, Mostly cause i would get Removed from departments before i get a chance to wright one these. So yes my time has come to leave SRT and move on iv been around in SRT for a while now about 5-7 months about 3 in LC. SRT was my 2nd TAC LC position, my first ever was SWAT which was also one of my very first LC positions in this community. It's very said to be doing this but and this was very hard to wright. Just a few mentions i would like to say. @Kitty.Kitty your one of the best/Nice Commander's iv had the honor to be under, When i came back to the server early this year or last year i was looking for a new department to be and i saw SRT so i thought to try to join i was accepted into SRT pretty Quickly which shocked me, I also got to be in LC which i probs wouldn't of gone for, if it wasn't for your leader ship and encourage meant which i was also shocked when i got accepted. Thanks again Kitty @MastersonMasterson your also anther reason why i joined SRT/Wanted to get up to Command, U was a good friend and encouraged me on getting up to LC. Hope to see u around some day. @AndreAndre we have been through a lot of hard times through out my time in SRT u was actually my TO back when i first joined SRT. Which was very FUN. Let me quickly tell a little story where me as a Recruit for SRT get kidnapped mid training. So andre was driving casually down to bank i think it was back on Rockford he gets a lag spike and we get stuck, We call for a admin but it was only T-Mods on at the time so he gets tped to Tac base to get a car so im left where we were so i decided to run to tac base next second i get kidnapped and im at bank in the vault with Andre negotiating for my life. Funny little thing, which i will never forget that very funny time when a SRT Recruit gets kidnapped mid training and his TO has to save him. Lol. @RockyRocky, Rocky, Rocky one if not thee best Major SRT has ever had you had my back the hole way through SRT and if not for u i wouldn't be in SRT nor staff. Your a really good friend of mine and u always have been, even tho your one of Big Boss now. And i thank u for being there for me when i had those tough times. @GantaMmm what should i say about u. Huh i know, Your also one of my best friends on this server from the day we met to now we always been good friends, Some how u over took me in SRT as always but even tho u was one my "Boss's" we was still pretty close. @SatoEh i dont got much for u nor we barley talk but keep up the good work Major. What you want to see? - For HC Jobs and Medic jobs to have Defibs again Why should we add it? - I would like to see at least HC Jobs to have defibs again so they can rez people during trainings or tryouts and after different scenes but only gov no Crim. And if we do get this added and someone razes crim we can remove them again. This apples to Medic jobs as well but we can always trial run it with all HC jobs first then give it medic jobs. I have first hand experience having issues with cadets not getting tags in team speak just because there is no support members online and would be willing to help any new cadet or user to solve there issue with as little time as possible to allow them to get on the server and play instead of waiting for someone to come on to give there tags or help woth anything else. (150 Word Minimum) I believe I should be granted Senior admin because I know the rules very well. I'm an Aussie and some nights we get minges which needs long bans sometimes and there's no one higher on to hand them out. Some times to do those longer bans than 2 week's so it would be nice to have someone on which can do those bans. So the people which play early morning's don't have to worry about minges. Not only that I want to help the long nights where there's no staff on to help all those which are still on but to keep the server ready for the new day/night. Also I am a very nice person I respect everyone on the server and will help anyone if I can. I just wanna be able to help the server and everyone on at the time no staff are on I just want to make it a better place for all people that are just trying to have fun on gaminglight police rp and without any minges to ruin their RP experience on the server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If I were to receive the Sit of a guy Mass RDMing I would bring both of them at this point I would attempt to talk to them both but if one is cussing at me I would tell them to stop if they don't i will jail them and mute/gag them then at that point I would ask the guy which made the sit for proof of the RDM if he says he has no proof I would check logs once I got the proof of the mass RDM I would warn the person for Mass RDM and Staff diss . Then tell him to not do it again then I will leave them in jail for 10 mins then I will return them and unmute the guy who was cussing and if he was still cussing after the sit I would keep them muted until he stops cussing or leaves the sever. I would also make a ban request if he kills more people after the sit for 2 weeks or maybe more depends on how many he/her kills if he/her do anything else like player dis, ERP etc. etc.. If I think a player is an alt account I would gather up all the evidence of it. Then I would contact SMT with all the evidence so they can issue the correct punishment's or verify if it is a alt account or not one. What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? If a player was threatening to chargeback, I would do is gather all the possible evidence i need. Next, I would pass the information over and evidence to SMT so they can issue the punishment's. -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? I would bring the family and tell them to stop if they dont i will warn all of them and jail them for 8 min so they can read the rules and think about what they did. -How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!") I would ask for help from higher ups either in admin chat or in the staff discord.
