    Not sure what state you life in but in California it is not a stop and ID state. I was acting how I would in real life. I don't have to give my ID unless I was suspected of committing a crime which I wasn't and it's clear in the video that this was just a stop and ID. I cant "push him" in game and I also its nlr so he can't carry on as i was revived because i wasn't. I showed the admin a video that I waited for ems for like 10 minutes(not gonna wait forever for them to show up). The only reason I didn't get arrested was because I had video proof that I did nothing wrong. I walked towards him explaining that he cant stop and ID me without reasonable suspicion, so he made up another reason to arrest me(reaching for his weapon). You know its bad when even another cop is asking why you are arresting me and saying I didn't do what you said I did. Then after he said I was now going to jail for assisted murder in the video. Then when I called admin and showed the video to 2 different staff. Wump/racco rex, they said to let me go, he kept complaining and arguing for 20 plus minutes. He also then stated when "investigating" me that I was getting investigated for a president assassination that just happened cuz i "might know something" because I'm in a family that did it which is metagame, but I'll ignore that.

    -        Although you did create another forums account, not sure if that’s allowed, but just looked at the other ban appeal and he did it also(for another reason though).

    -        I will give a plus support due to you being a good player in the community in the past when I played with you.

    -        Don’t really know what you were spawning that could crash the server, but you seem sincere in your apology and everyone deserves a second chance to make up for what they did.

    You were not fully honest in this Appeal

    1. Player Diss---You said  "IM MOVING" then "DUMBASS", Not "I am Dumbass". You got hostile towards me when I told you it was playerdiss. Called someone Gay and a Dumbass is not Acceptable in RP or not. 

    2. The GTR---The reason why I did not warn the person first was that There were 3 people named Tay K and there was not enough evidence to who actually stole the car. After the second time, I thought that your staff calls were a response to getting warned. While it was a bad decision on my part to not look into it more I do believe that you were attempted to get back at them (At the time) . You were harassing them. A, You kept stealing there GTR, Driving it to a random spot (Your base or other Place) then Abandoning it then Called staff when they respawned it after 5-10 minutes. Staff got what, 5-8 Staff calls from you about them respawning the car? I asked you to stop taking the car and you Flat out said like "Nah, I'm going to keep doing it" or "Nope". I set up a trap where I asked the owner to let me have the GTR and I let you have it. You took it, Hid it then Stole another car. You called and Admin when you saw them with the GTR at Car Spawn 7 minutes later.

    3. Harassment--- You were Constantly Harassing the Family. I spectated you for around an hour and I was really close to warning you. You were consistently ramming them and saying "THX FOR THE CAR" and "HAHAHAHAHA" after you stole the GTR. When you were asked to stop by the family and even a DD member, You refused and kept on doing it. Then you ARDMed and said "Pay back" or something around that. You were Tanting them in chat and Arguing in chat with them even though I told you to stop.

     

    In my opinion, this Warn appeal should have never been made. You left out a good portion of what actually happened and Also you were not honest in the Appeal

    I remember Garth, and I never would have any bad problems from him. When I was staff the last time he was the friendliest person I could remember. We all have heated moments that we do eventually regret regardless of what the outcome was in the end. I personally believe that he deserves to have another chance to come around and play again because he clearly shows he is super sincere on his apology. This is a rare case of someones unusual actions caused a punishment that he regretted im sure immediately.

    You're supposed to advert warn on this server, that why that rule is there so people don't get randomly rdmed/arrested/etc. by people giving "non-verbal warnings" which was like 1 second in the video. Everyone adverts warn, just thought I'd say give input on that.

    Any extra information:So what happened was I died and waited for ems to come pick me up at the scene. The ems was taking forever so I respawned(showed video proof that ems was never there as maddog says there was in the admin sits). I then come back after nlr to watch, then walk away, but a cop comes up to me to ask me a question, then maddog comes up to us and started asking for ID for no reason. He then tasers me then says I was reaching for his weapon, and even the cop there said I wasn't(obviously can't) and asks why i'm being arrested when I did nothing wrong. I call an admin, he starts making up a bunch of stuff, so I bring out the videos, then he continues to argue with 2 staff(have video of that if needed). Says hes going to question me about a pres assassination that just happened even though I was with him for the last 15 minutes) which is meta gaming if he assumes I know anything about it by family name). He just keeps arguing with staff after they tell him to let me go(think he was targeting the king family/ kept calling sits on us). I thought he was joking when he arrested me(that's why I was laughing), because I have always been cool with maddog until now, because he is a chill dude, but it just made me mad i got arrested for no reason, and he kept arguing with staff members.

    Let me first start off by saying that I have always loved Gaminglight and the community. The reason I would like to be a trial mod would be because I like helping people whether it would be new or old members, I like to see everyone get the best role play experience as possible.  I am familiar with all the rules, which most of them I have memorized so I wouldn’t break any of the rules. I have been in a lot of admin sits and know how staff tend to deal with certain situations. I always tend to help the new players whether it is figuring out the rules, answering any questions they tend to have, and try to be as friendly as possible. I have always thought about becoming staff on this server and hopefully I get the chance to join the staff team and help this server as much as I can.
    How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
    The first thing I would do would be to take them to a roof and jail them. I would attempt to talk to them and figure out why they are killing people. If all they do is curse at me, I would gag them then explain to them that they will be warned for staff diss if they continue. I would give them one more chance to talk to me respectfully. If they continue to curse at me, I would gag them again then I would then check logs to confirm they were mass RDMing. I would then warn them for Mass RDM, and call a higher up to minge them for 10000 seconds.
