+support This is beyond a mistake, it was a clear abuse of physgun and trying to handle a situation off duty, I'd like to hear what @Ponikhas to say but it seems pretty straightforward.

As much as I would love a big map as the State Trooper Colonel, last time we tried that with Truenorth everyone hung around spawn, and it created issues. There would have to be points of interest spread around the map in order to make it work.

The warn was also for NCWS, you refused to listen to me and I had to gag you towards the end of the sit after you lost your temper. State shooting you didn't have anything to do with that sit, and that got resolved in a separate sit, where multiple staff ruled that while it wasn't a good idea it also wasn't warn-able ARDM. I had said in the original sit that to me it didn't look like something I could warn Wolf for, and Requis and Raze, if I'm not mistaken concurred in a later sit. I was in TS with Wolf, but I'm often in TS with people I'm in sits with. The only time we talked in TS during that sit is before I had brought you when he was explaining why he called a sit. We all agreed on the sequence of events that happened and I warned you based on exactly what we had all discussed. You have 5 weeks on the server and multiple warns, something as simple as an advert isn't something that someone who plays as much on criminal as you do has an excuse to mess up. It also is easy to type out carjack before you get in a car, and by getting in a car you are initiating the carjack, so you were therefore acting without doing the advert. I did not warn you because you drove away because you got shot, I warned you because you got in the car. Overall, with your time on the server the amount of staff situations you are involved in on both sides, you should know the MOTD and how it's applied. I'm not going to give you any benefit of the doubt as you have expressed extreme confidence in your knowledge of the rules in past sits, and even if that wasn't the case I'm not technically required to, it's a common curtesy extended to new or confused players, neither of which applies to you.

-support Don’t need a panic button if you don’t panic. I think there are better solutions to the problem, coming from experience radio always can do the job unless I think I might die, and EMS will never be dying without staff being involved.

Staff should just have access to government and the cadet doors on the job, it could come and handy every now and then. +support

The issue is that a melee weapon doesn’t count as a gun (obviously), so you can’t initiate combat against anyone who has a gun out for fearrp reasons. However, if someone with a gun shoots you, then you may use a melee weapon to defend yourself since what else are you going to do? It’s a spirit of the MOTD rule in that it’s not specifically listed as fearrp but it counts because the concept is you don’t want to die, and provoking someone with a gun when you don’t have one out is suicide when it comes to the real world. So the long and short of it is you can pretty much only use it to defend yourself and the break doors, you can’t use it offensively against a person.

This is the link to the false warn appeal, a lot of what people are saying could apply to both here. All I’m going to say is that this seemed like an exaggerated reaction to an issue that resolved itself on staffs part, although I don’t know what kind of punishment if any Hammy should receive.
