Personally, I've never seen you and this application seems to be at the bare minimum along with the recent warn. Maybe if you waited a little longer and prove you can handle not breaking the rules for a bit that may help! Wish you the best though.

I called a sit on this player whom I had killed for being inside the ambulance while they were not EMS. @KoG Runey was the staff member who had taken the sit, but upon their inspection they did not see the criminal inside the ambulance.. I had asked another staff member for the evidence.

While I see where you are coming from, having the level job allows players to have more freedom and play without the restriction of needing to apply to a department. Though some times there are minges and afk people, it's a nice inclusion.

From what I see in the clip you were helping everyone, i.e. BWA and RGC in freeing them. However, as far as I know you are only allowed to assist family members though that is not the main focus here. If your cc is unable to be cuffed and you are in theory "cuffed," you should verify that information. If you were free then why would you be sitting in a police cruiser? Also from the video you had never called "Assist," prior to shooting at the officers.
