    -Question 16 is all sorts of wrong. As a Tmod, even though you are new and inexperienced, you can still handle the majority of the sit, you are still responsible for gathering evidence and warning him/her for what they did regardless of rank, you only need a higher up for the 10,000 second minge. This leads me to believe that you either quickly skimmed through or did not read the staff handbook

     

    Overall this entire application seems very low effort in my opinion. I apologize if I came off as rude at any point in my response. If you wish to become staff, I would work on advancing your rank in PD and getting more well known in the community, as well as improving activity both in game and on the forums

    In the time Voxis was staff restricted all he has learned a lot, even though some stuff happened that caused some controversy I feel like he definitely deserves another chance and I know for a fact he has nothing but good intentions.

    All you need to improve on is your activity on staff. I don't see you on staff at all. Mostly you're on Nu-7 Commander so just get more active and you'll be good.

    What can you bring to Event Team? (150 words+) :  The two most important things I can bring to the event team are creativity and team work.  I would try my hardest to come up with new and fun events that would give the players a fun and memorable experience.  I would want to make sure that all the event staff work together and all agree on making the event the best it could be.  I would make sure that the planning progress went smoothly and that everyone knew what they were doing.  I would want to make new and fun events that ALL the players thoroughly enjoy it and want to participate.  I would like to do a variety of events that everyone would enjoy.  I would like to do more RP type of events, this would include hostage situations, House raids, maybe even Fire events.  I would like my events to add roleplay and last as long as possible so everyone would be able to get involved and have a great time.

    Why do you want to join event team? (150 words+) :  I would like to join the event team because I would like to provide for the players and let them have a fun and memorable experience while on.  I would like to get them involved and give them something fun and meaningful to do.  I would like to add roleplay and make certain situations that happen daily on the server more intense and challenging but fun for the people involved.  I would like to change some things up and give the players different things to do and give them different situations to deal with.  But most importantly I would like to make sure that everyone is involved and make sure that everyone is having a good time and actually contributing to the situation or event that is happening.  It would make me happy to see the players having a good time and have something fun to do.  I feel like I would greatly contribute to the event team and have a lot of great ideas in mind!!!

    15. Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) Ever since I first applied for staff it has been a blast.  I enjoy getting on when I can to help out regular players and other staff members.  It makes me happy to help someone out and answer the questions they may have.  Ever since I got admin it has been a blast to help out other staff members, it makes me happy to help guide them through their journey as staff and watch them grow in maturity.  I look forward to continue to be part of this great staff team and continue to help everyone I come into contact with.  I understand that in getting the rank of senior admin comes with incredible power and responsibility, and I think im ready.  I would not hesitate to help anyone for any reason, even if I have had bad experiences with them I will still be nice to them and try to help them out with whatever their issue may be.  I will continue to try and be a role model for newer staff members and help them with whatever they may need.

    16. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?  I would bring them to a sit and try and calm them down, If they continued to curse at me I would gag them and explain to them what they did wrong, I would warn them for Mass RDM|Staff Dis and minge them for 10,000 Seconds.

    Senior Mods shouldn’t be trusted that much as they can only ban for 4 hours. I would say it’s easier for Admins+ to keep the banid perm to themselves as they are more trusted to make an accurate call on whether or not it should be dispensed.

    Sorry but that’s just how I feel.

    Not saying that we dont trust you guys its just it is fine the way it is.
