    14. Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum):  I would like to start off my explanation, I don’t believe that I am is entitled to anything. I believe that Gaminglight is a privilege to all those that it encounters, and I will work hard to earn that privilege. The server is not only a hub for creativity, but also a place where people should be able to go and not have to worry about having to deal with people who spend their day trying to ruin other people’s experiences. That is why I want to join staff. I see the problems that people have to go through because of mingy actions, and I feel their sorrow. I want to make the server the best possible experience that it can be. On top of that, I am extremely dedicated to whatever I set my mind to. I can dedicate my efforts to spending time on staff. I can lighten the load on the current hardworking people of staff. Finally, I care about people, and I feel like that will help me be an extremely useful member of staff. Anyone whose goal is to make the server a worse environment is not welcome, and I will work hard each and every day that I am on staff to make sure that that truth becomes a stronger and stronger reality. I thank you for this opportunity and look forward to hearing from you!

    15. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you: Well I would start out separating them from the rest of the server in a sit so that we can isolate the disrespect. First, I would try to understand why he/she is doing this, and then try to calm them down enough to understand. If they continue to be incomprehensible and cussing at staff, I would gag them to explain the dire situation they are in. I would then  warn them for Mass RDM and Staff Disrespect. If this does not change his/her demeanor I would minge them for the appropriate time depending upon the discretion of either myself  or another staff member.  Thank you for taking the time to review my application! ?

    We will all miss you in EMS! The times we shared and the memories made will stay with us for a while. The department is truly losing one of its best.

    Why should we keep you: I feel blessed to be a part of EMS each and every day.  I strive to bring about great change and innovation  throughout all of the aspects of EMS.
