just to reply to what voxis saying about staff not taking the time we repeatedly said in OOC to stop arguing and dissing within OOC it got to the point where i did have to Go onduty to stop both you and huntt from arguing as i could not punish huntt for arguing or dissing in OOC due to me being the same rank. And As for the clear rule violation of what freeze said it is all in logs and OOC of which should have been provided in this report and not just me teleporting to you it doesnt show the whole situation of the 5 minute argument you was both having in OOC. When i did unmute you. you carried on arguing in OOC.(sorry dont have any SS currently 2AM for me)
EDIT: Missed this bit out the "scared" i dont see why that has anything to do with the situation if it has nothing to do with the Warn it has nothing to do with this current warn appeal. If you have a problem with huntt show proof of his wrong doing and report him like i told you in-game

Also if staff would have taken the time and effort to talk to him about instead of an instant warn, it would have been easier if staff went to both parties and told them to cut it out
Responding to your post to clear things up the "scared" has nothing to do with the Warn that he was given as he said in his report.

From other reports/seen u ur knowledge of the rules is not to big so before u report anyone else, read the entire MOTD and then watch all your evidence video's back and then evaluate if you should proceed with the report

Recently when I asked you to train you just kept making excuses to not train him cause you wanted to be at the meeting. You kept making excuses and you kept pointing at the SGT saying he needs more experience and I'm sad you said that cause you didn't want to train a cadet. I know Max knows what he is doing because first of all he has been here longer than you have and I have seen him train before, he is completely fine. And even if you were trying to get promoted, your not going to cause you have to apply so might as well train them while be in TS. in my opinion max deserves MSGT. Start training more, you make do many excuses.

From looking at this in my opinion and from what hunt said above "Raid cool down is 5 mins" that is for a different base each time. Hunt seems to ahve failed to read the MOTD thoroughly and missed the part where is says 45 minutes/same base and so has broken a server rule. After looking through this thoroughly I have found a few screenshots difficult to read but still valid and a few that are irrelevant such as ones of whom you are speaking to however they do help to show some part of the story.
If I was in the situation where there was a local explosion I would look into it further and scout out the area for any local bases that it could have came from and identify the source but there could have been a crashed vehicle nearby.
Furthemore, Hunt (the player being reported here) has warned them-self for Breaking this rule as shown here : https://gyazo.com/c268c30971e2f8febd8f1e78806e1997.
This member has realised this mistake and I only think they need to re-read the MOTD just to check they know it and I don't think any further punishment should now be issued.

This only shows what I have said to you and not what you have said to me or the other player as you did use. and as I said I cant do much of the situation which you brought up because you changed your story multiple times making me believe it less and also it didn't match the other persons side of the story. I asked for a recording to get to the bottom of the situation as there you are butting it out of context in what I said if you look in logs it states "if you had a recording I could have done more in the situation.
