    Yes I've been staff two separate times on police RP, I was a Senior Admin with  over 7 months in staff.

    Something about this community keeps pulling me back in. I'm not sure if its the amazing staff structure or the friendly and helpful players, With pouring countless hours into past staff and Police I've never once felt like it was all for nothing. Being able to prevent a minge player from ruining the experience of the players on this community is rewarding in a way, like yeah its just a video game but you could make it fun and more enjoyable for everyone and they will always know that the staff of this community is always here to help. Being a part of something like that is something I've missed. The memories and friends I've made on this server will never be forgotten. I believe I deserve this rank because I care. I care deeply for the pleasant gaming experience this server offers, In the past I would be on staff for as many as 6 hours straight taking care of the needs of everyone, Everything from getting a car unstuck to helping a new player with controls and settings along with rules. Being helpful is something I take great pride in and its something I want to continue doing on this server.  I feel as I am mature enough to handle this role, making sure to never lose my temper and to represent the staff team with the highest standards. With my past experience on staff I'm ready to go! I am confidant with logs and commands along with how to handle most situations. I know I can hop back in the saddle without a hiccup. In the past I've been known to go above and beyond for sits making sure not to rush through just to get back to RP,  but to take my time and make sure the person calling for staff is satisfied with their experience. Just a disclaimer on why I left.. It was a medical reason along with a medical discharge so figuring all that out was too stressful to take on my role as staff. If you give me this opportunity to become a trial mod I will exceed your exceptions and that goes for the staff and the players, I appreciate you taking the time to read this.

    16. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?

     Firstly I would mute and Jail him in a suitable place for an admin sit so I can talk to him without being cursed at. Next I would check the logs to make sure any allegations are true before making my final decision on a punishment. If I can confirm everything is true Id politely and calmly explain the situation in terms of what He/She did and what their  punishment will be making sure He/She clearly and fully understands what is going on.  He/She would get a warning for Staff diss and Mass RDM with a minge of 10000 seconds if my staff rank allows.

    Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum)   I believe I deserve the strength because I have shown dedication to this community along with this server. The reason for leaving in the past is something I wouldn’t like to disclose. I’ve spent countless hours and days staffing on the server and it’s something I’ve always enjoyed and taken great pride in. It’s something I wish to continue to do as I’m at the point where I can dedicate time again. I’m very well mannered and professional in the way i represent myself. Catch lower giving me a chance at staff again will give me the opportunity to help community I love so much. I have read the staff handbook to make sure that I’m aware of any changes to guidelines along with talk to some old friends about anything I may need to know before applying. As a T Mod I know my power is limited on what I can do but I will do the best I can and prove myself once again.

    How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?  In this situation i would ask the player nicely and calmly to stop, If the player continues i would Gag the player and explain what punishment they will be receiving. I would warn along with a Jail, after that I'd send them a link to the MOTD, and tell them to read it and if they have any questions feel free to ask.

    Why should you be promoted? : I have almost 5 months of experience in command. Within my time in command I’ve never had any strikes or issues regarding my performance. I am constantly active on the server along with the Major job. As an admin and command member on staff I deal with a ton of department and officer issues. I would say i’ve demoted at least 50 officers while on staff. I consider myself a pretty nice command member along with always giving a fair and equal chance to all officers. As a Major I still train cadets along with hosting department meeting regularly. I also work with the active CPL’s to get them ready for the rank or SGT. I make sure all my officers know they can always talk to me about anything. I go out of my way to make sure all officers voices are heard. Within Department meeting I am always very kind and professional along with allowing the lower ranking officers to give input. I feel like this is a very important thing that all command should improve on. When I handle a situation I make sure to do it in the most professional manner as I am representing my department. Over my command career i've learned a lot and bettered myself. I am very confident that I can properly handle any situation thrown my way. I know Colonel is a huge promotion I am the the top of low command. I know i've shown my high command that they can trust me with the position. As a colonel I will continue to lead the department the way I do along with improving it anyway I can.

    living in Sweden Jeff is on a different time zone then most. With this being said he does he best to be as active as possible. This man has overcome so much. A great guy active on the forums(spamming xD) along with being an active member of thee support team. I know Jeff really well and I can confidently say he has earned the rank of super admin
