[Copied over from his warn appeal]I was called to a sit by Vader for player diss, Video showed Soob calling him a "fucking weirdo" over voice chat i informed him that its not bounds for a warn but can be considered harassment if its done over and over again. we ended the sit with no warns or jails. I get another call from Vader a few minutes later stating that Soob is now PMing Vader and harassing him. I check logs to see that its true and Vader is asking him to stop. I bring him to a sit and tell him that he will be warned for harassment and a jail for it as well since I just told him not to in the prior sit. Logs are below if you want any other proof ill be more then willing to show it

7.Why do you want to join event team? (150 words+): I have participated in many events so far, I've enjoyed them all. Coming back and seeing this be a bigger part of the server is awesome! The staff members I've worked with tell me how fun it is and that they can always use help. I would love to help out the team and enjoy setting up events and giving the community something different and fun to look forward too. As a member of the Event team I will do my best to make events enjoyable and run smoothly. If accepted I will always brainstorm new ideas and make more dups for such events. I will always take community feedback on the events because at the end of the day its for them so taking account what they want is critical to a great event. I know I would be working along with some great members of this community that would help me become the best event team member I can. Thank you for your consideration.
8.Describe an event you could create (Be specific): Capture the flag, Two teams and a center object that can be gravity gunned, The teams would have guns or melee weapons. Teams being Red V Blue, I like this idea because it encourages team work to achieve a common goal. Also I think it would be fun for everyone.

You aren't a bad person and don't take anything people are saying to heart but I just feel like you aren't ready for staff yet but hey in the future in sure you will make a great staff member just keep your head up and keep trucking along
Next time make sure you put more time and thought into your staff app and make sure you meet ALL the requirements

What did the player do: Racism N word hard R, homophobia F**, would get on OFC just to mass RDM, Staff diss against @Tactical mocking his accent, Then got on gun dealer to self supply mass RDM. Oh and killed tactical during a sit.
Evidence (required):
For the N word and F word I heard it straight from him in spawn, I wasn't recording at the time but other players heard it as well, with the homophobic F word he said it to us in a sit along with making fun of tacts accent.
What do you believe should happen to the player: Perma ban

I have gone to you numerous amounts of times since I have been staff with questions and you have answered them all without looking down upon me. You deserve this promotion as you are one of the most active Senior Admins, and never stops caring about the server. You have done events when server count is low to boost them up, you have helped out regardless of your rank with sits when we're getting swamped with them. You are an example of what the staff team should be and I don't think anyone else could fill the JMT spot like you could.

Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum):
I am well experienced with holding a command position in the department, With reaching the rank of Colonel on February 23rd 2019. I was in command for about 5+ months and exceeded the expectations of my high command. I took pride in training officers with Matthew, Holding meetings and helping the lower ranked officers succeed in their careers. I am always friendly and more then willing to help in anyway I could. Training officers was something me and Matthew emphasized, trying to figure out a training structure so our officers were more confident with their duties and more prepared with any situation they may encounter. My time back has been great so far meeting everyone from high command to OFCs. I've read over the police handbook 3 times so far and have gotten myself familiar with any changes within the department. I am constantly offering OFC and other lower ranked officers to ride with me so I can help and recommend them for promotions. I am very active now putting in about 20 hours on police this week, I know I will excel in everyway as a Lieutenant. I am confident and mature enough to carry out all my duties and to make my command proud.
