    Unfortunately, you are leaving EMS for the lack of respect towards the department. I think it's sad to see you go and wish you the best. The strike should be removed by High Command since Low Command doesn't have access to the roster anymore.

    Why should you be promoted?: I believe I should be promoted because I think I am ready to take on the position of a Captain. Often in the European time zone, I see no CPT+ online to take care of unruly Sergeants or to whitelist people. As I Captain I believe I can fill in that empty spot. If I see an SGT refusing to train I can take care of him on the spot, I won’t have to go and ask someone in the Discord for permission and risk the Sergeant leaving the server before I can do something. And if someone needs their whitelist then can just come up to me with their proof and they won’t have to wait even longer for a staff member/CPT+. And if a Sergeant is being mingey I can demote them on the spot and remove their whitelist. I won’t have to gather proof & wait for a higher up. I also think I have enough command experience under my belt to move further. With me being command in DOC (Cpt) and EMS (Cpt) I have gathered experience from there as well. I hope that with being a Captain I can retain order in the PD, and give opportunities for people in the European time zone who rarely see a PD meeting due to the fact that most meetings are when it’s pretty late in Europe.

    At last, I would like to thank you for reading my application. Please leave an honest opinion about if I should be a CPT or should not be a CPT. And also leave why, please.

    Charlit is one of the nicest people I have met on the server and he is active and always willing to train cadets, but you need more experience as a supervisor before you take the big step up to LT. Anyways, I wish you the best of luck Charlit.

    I feel that the current precision is nice

    I dont see that this is necessary

    This is not a tool, it's a grid for props on which you can hold E to lock on the nearest point you are, this is only visible on props when you have the tool gun out, and this addon goes hand in hand with the precision tool we have since you can move props with it and this makes it even easier to align them.

    Why should we add it? - It allows for more precision building. This addon is very useful for the current precision tool addon the server already has.

    What are the advantages of having this? - More precision building, it allows for props to be better aligned.
