The rules are clear and this is way beyond a first time thing. If the appeal was better written and this was posted a few months down the line then maybe. But coming around a day after despite multiple previous incidents? Sorry man but that wouldn't fly in many communities.

Sure it could be abused, glitched, and everything in between. Though it would help with the low ceiling places and cursed chairs.

Very balanced in the degree of roll difficulty and ability. Love the concept of a lone camera roaming around. I feel the re-containment rolls should be a tad lower but I understand why it is so high (biased cause bad roll luck).

The 70 count likes to really hover into the late night where most of MTF and Gensec are off or in the process of getting off. Late night was fun but god awful for those who tried. Won't stop the dedicated D-Class from wrecking havoc but half the battle could be won here.

Oh and in case you also didnt see. He literally froze him and walked right by him. Having 0 care that he was frozen in the air. He froze the guy, walked underneath him, and had 0 intention of letting him go.
The moment OP called for another staff member, he was let go.

It shouldn't take all the way until he had to call staff for it to be resolved. That gap between the first touch to him finally being unfrozen was 20 seconds. Ample time to notice a problem with the mouse. The point at which 106 gets frozen is where I believe it is no longer an accident. His words is also indicative of that.
Also there seemed to be plenty of space where it could've been resolved where the staff member was standing instead of just letting both him and the other MTF walk under before unfreezing. The roleplay is beyond broken at that point.
He may be new, he may have a very valid reason given his apology, but I absolutely see nothing in the video that would validate the actions at all.
