(150 Word Minimum) I have been a long time member of the Gaminglight community. I’ve done a good job of not being on the community's bad side, as a matter of fact, I recently met with a former Gaminglight member who remembered me from Nu-7 as a good operative. I know how to deal with people, I have little bias, and in situations in which I might have a bias towards any outcome, I would immediately request for another staff member who is without bias to any party to either supervise and recommend punishment based on what I have chosen or just have them take the sit entirely. I have a good temper, however, that isn’t to say I am not human and cannot get angry, but I can recognize when my own anger will get in the way of an unbiased decision and will let another member of staff judge the situation and my punishment to see if it is fair to the individual being punished. However, most importantly, I have played a lot of Gmod, and have played a lot of servers, and I can tell when someone breaks the rules unintentionally or maliciously, which will allow me to punish people who are attempting to hurt the server, the community, or the roleplay they are in. I do have 4 warnings across Gaminglight servers, none of which are active and all from 2020 or prior. My warn for combat healing I wouldn’t count since combat healing is no longer a thing, however my warn for RDM was a stupid one that has not happened since it first happened in August of 2019. In summary I believe I am fit for the rank of trial moderator because I have lots of experience and time on the server, I am a good people person, I have a well managed temper, I understand when someone is being an actual threat to RP or to the server, and I have an exceptionally clean record, having amassed 0 warns since 12/20/2020. In the event that someone is mass RDMing and they refuse to act cooperatively in a sit, I would state to them verbally that refusing the cooperate will result in a maximum sentence of punishment for the breaches of rules they have committed, if they continue to act uncooperatively, punishment will be handed out as they refused to work with me as staff, or the people who he RDMed. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? Call another member of staff for assistance, fill them in on the situation, and break up the sit between the victims and the perpetrators, then start the sit from the beginning. Nevermind

(150 Word Minimum) I believe that ill be a loved member of our community. ill provide fair punishment to the ones that deserve it. and i hope to keep the server thriving as it has been for a very long time. id also love to help new players with our server and teach them the basics of playing on gaminglight. i would like to learn more and to work my ways up in the ranks as time goes on and try to find new ways to improve the gaming and community experience for player and staff. im willing to dedicate myself to be a member of your staff team thank you. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? i would first jail and mute them and explain the situation and give them a chance to comply with our rules and such. if they continue to cure ill kick/ban them for a day depending on how harsh they are. (roughly) I started playing the community back around August 2020 and left, but started playing around 04/29/2021 and have been on every day since then. What date did you make your forums account? I have 1 warning (This warn was when I first joined the server in 2020 and this was when I was first introduced to Garry's Mod so I didn’t know how to properly role play) Have you donated? (Can be any length) I believe that I deserve this rank for three main reasons. These reasons are that I am reliable, can use my ability to solve and decipher problems at hand, and also am able to respect others no matter what opinion they may have. For example, I can be on at any time of the day when my help is needed, and be able to help others with any issues or problems. This also means keeping my activity up on the server and being able to be online, so that if people have problems they can be fixed. I want to be able to keep the community as fun and enjoyable as possible. This being said mining is not tolerated, and because of this minges may have the ability to ruin someone's role play experience. This means that they should be dealt with and punished accordingly. I also stand by the rule “treat others the way you would like to be treated.” This shows that I will respect other opinions and I won’t judge players on how they may act and/or think. Finally, I believe that I deserve this rank because I know what it takes to be able to become a staff member and what jobs and responsibilities that comes with this opportunity as well. The First thing that I would do if someone was Mass RDMing is that I would bring them to me in a secure location (Somewhere on top of the ISD) where no one can listen to our conversation. I would start to tell them why he/she was brought to the sit and then explain to then why they are in this predicament. If they begin to start cussing at me I would gag them. I would then give them a second chance by telling them to type into chat so that they are given the most chance to tell his/her side of the story. If they still cuss at me I will then mute them. I would then go ahead and check logs to see if they did in fact Mass RDM and if they did then I would call for a Admin+ to come ban and warn him for Mass RDM and Staff Disrespect.

(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I deserve this rank as I am active on the server and play whenever I have the time and when I am not on the server, I am always willing to hop on and give a hand with any issues being players needing assistance and such. I am also one of the very few people who plat late nights on the server and I have firsthand experienced what goes on and what people must go through when there is no staff on, and people have a bad time this is one of the main reasons I became staff to help people late nights with issues regarding players or questions about the server and any help in general. I also believe myself to always stay calm on the job and to never favour a side as I am always willing to hear everyone story and to help either party to come to resolution that benefits both people and not just one side. I would first start of by asking the plater who report the other player to explain what had happened however if the other player is yelling and cursing I would gag or mute them depending if they’re typing or talking, then and explain that they need to stop as this is not helping their case and I will hear them out after I hear the person who reported you, if I had found sufficient evidence that the plater had committed MRDM I would explain that they are going to receive a formal warning for MRDM / NCWS/ NITRP along with a ban for 5 days I would then ask in staff chat if a admin + could come to me to ban the player for 5 days and explain the following reasons if there was no admin + on I would then ban the player for the max amount I could being 4 hours and then make a ban extend on the forums. These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin: -What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? I would not confront the player about my suspicions and would go straight to SMT (Senior management team) when I have evidence of the account being an alt if there is no SMT at the time I would go to JMT (Junior management team). -What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? I would gather a clip and evidence of the player threating to do a chargeback i would then ho to JMT (Junior management team) and would make a report and show the following evidence of the player threating to take this action. -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? I have had problems with large families or a group of friends going on the server I would bring the family that is being report for being mingy explain what they have done on the server and how they are coming across to players as mingy and tell them to calm down and try to work out a solutions with them, if the family was to continue after the sit and still be mingy I would then contact a admin + to hand out a harsher punishment. -How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!") If I was asked a question that I did not know the answer to I would first ask in the staff chat in game and if no one were to know the answer or respond I would then follow the chain of command to get the right answer and as quickly as possible.
