Greetings! I can explain exactly what happened here. I was going to pull you over for reckless driving and you pulled off aka breaking priority rules. There is no clip of this but you said "oh no its Matilda" and then pulled off like it was a reason to just drive off. You later told me you had weed on you which is not a reason to just pull away from a traffic stop since I didn't even know about it. I can agree that me talking to you could've been done more professionally however you and the other player that I needed to talk to was right there. I was trying to talk to you and you decided to talk over me therefore the gag. Never ever would I player target or treat a player unfairly while on or off duty, I'm only here to do my job as a staff and enforce the rules.

Why do you want to be an Officer?: As a former E4 member, I have always wanted to be a part of a foundation Special Force for a different experience. Meanwhile, as a big fan of the lore of MTF Alpha-1 Red Right Hand, I am looking forward to helping SA and O5 to bring the branch back to its glory. I have come up with a few ideas on how the branch should be run including induction, daily operation procedures, etc. Being an officer will give me a better chance to consult with fellow command members to carry out the ideas. 6. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: Based on my experience on the server, I am confident that I possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in the officer position. I am knowledgeable when it comes to managing a branch and guiding branch members. Being a command overseer in CI military has allowed me to hone my leadership and strategic planning, and to gain a better understanding of how each structure of a branch works. I have led the command team and the branch as a whole in various scenarios, and have successfully executed multiple missions with a focus on achieving goals and objectives. I always set a high standard for myself and my fellow command members while ensuring that everyone in the branch is having a relaxing and fun time. I believe I have the ability to contribute to making Alpha-1 a respectable and enjoyable branch with its unique rp and add to the server-wide rp diversity. As a former command member in several foundation branches, I have a great knowledge of the foundation. I am knowledgeable about the duties of each foundation personnel and have plenty of experience in dealing with emergency circumstances and guiding personnel to uphold principles on site. I am also adept at working collaboratively with my members and other departments to keep the foundation secure and ordered. I value communication. I am confident that I can lead the branch to achieve success through strategic planning and effective communication. As a problem solver and critical thinker, I am able to assess risk factors and make informed decisions in different situations. Furthermore, my proficiency in various software and programs, including Google Docs and Excel, would allow me to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the branch. 7. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: Other than organizing cross-branch PTs and regulating branch members’ professionalism, I will keep in close contact with command teams of other branches. As an approachable person, not only my own branch members will be able to hold a conversation with me easily, but every other server player. I am always available for a talk whenever it’s needed, that way I will be able to solve the issues right the first time so they won’t be damaging branch relationships. Communication will be one of the main preoccupations of Alpha-1 as I will be promoting it on a daily basis if I ever get selected.

Jon Shoeshiner’s Resignation. So… Yeah. I have been in this sever for over… a year now. And its super emotional for me to be typing these words… This server was my first real community where I felt welcomed, where I could be myself and people would enjoy my company, my first good experience in RP, and I wouldn’t trade any of it. Not one second. This community has been amazing to me, and while I have had the odd bump, I have mostly enjoyed all of it. My journey was a grand one, starting as a cadet in PD, trained by the legendary LT Philosophy, and starting my journey to around CPL, when I applied for State Police. I was welcomed by the Scottish “love” of Cammy and Billy and had an absolute blast with them all. Around 2 months later, I was welcomed to the SWAT family by the now Commander Azreal. That man became my guiding star for SWAT, and a great friend of mine all the way until my end, and I appreciate him for his help. In the end, I got my first command role in state, provided by Cammy, to my massive surprise. This was such a big moral boost for me and helped me stick with this server as long as I did. Months later, up I go to SWAT low command, enjoying my time greatly while there. In this time, I offer a helping hand to my State members, like Andrew, and interacting with the community. But eventually, my activity started to deteriorate. I lost a lot of good friends. Andrew, Dry, Retro, Cammy. I felt alone, and lonely and just losing interest in the server. My resignation from SWAT was the first sign of the inevitable. And even with the activity SWAT disappearing, I still couldn’t find the motivation to be active. And after some troubling interactions with members of the community, I’ve decided to leave. For real. Special Mentions: @Cammy: My first HC. Funny guy, and my favorite Scottish guy. Got me where I am in state today (sorry billy) @Dry: A super friendly guy, radiating good energy. (State) Andrew: My best friend in the state. Helped each other whenever we asked and was great fun to be around. @Nicc: DOC man, gave me a chance to help get DOC on its feet after another… *ahem* interesting character ran it. @Azrael_: Based guy, my guiding light in SWAT. Was amazing to be around and had fun with him. Radio man 2021/2022/2023. Drippy: Barely knows me, but was my helper for anything in staff for the brief time I was in it. Fun dude. @Retro: Rose in PD together, fun friendly rival ship, Had fun with you bro. @Ganta: Based guy. Clashed a little, but a great dude. For state: My friends, my family, my gang. You guys were the best to be around. I will miss you so much, and you will all be missed. You were such good people, and I’ll try my best to appear every once and a while. I still love gaminglight. It will forever be my first real community. So thank you all. Farewell you all. I may return one day, so I will leave you with the same message I left SWAT with. "One day... I shall come back. Yes, I shall come back. Until then, there must be no regrets, no tears, no anxieties. Just go forward in all your beliefs, and prove to me that I am not mistaken in mine!"

+support While it was a break of staff rules, it really was not that big of a violation. All that he did was pull him off the roof, tbh seeing all the comments I thought he was slamming him into the ground or something. As much as he should not have done it he should not be removed or striked, just a verbal talking to, because to be honest I have done way worse. On accident but still way worse.

Regardless of you saying him and Blizzy are “friends” and tend to “mess around all day” it’s just frankly not good and not acceptable in my opinion despite myself witness it all, had someone else on the server saw it and might or could of been like WTF is this server of staff members physguning their friends for fun and messing around, just unacceptable in my personal opinion but I still stand by my original post of it all of what I’ve said of it.

Everything was fixed (except for forum activity lmao) im giving a +support I dont think everyone in the community needs to know you for you to become a staff. Staff is based off your pure ability to resolve situations professionally and patiently, also respectfully. I understand having a reputation means lots of people can vouch that they think you will be a great staff member, but at the same time who knows if this dude has prior staff experience.

What are you suggesting? - Basically I am suggesting a new System to how 096 breaches. Instead of 096 breaking out like every other SCP does, it should spawn a picture of 096 every 20 minutes maybe, this picture should be destroyable (by shooting at it) How would this change better the server? - It'd definitely be something new that the server hasn't seen before and stays true to 096's lore. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Not any I can think of. Who would this change mostly benefit? - The whole Server I'd say. Please link any workshop content, screenshots, or anything that you think may be helpful to those who view this suggestion - N/A.
