What would you like to see: To have Purge and IQ be moved closer together on the Star Destroyer Map. As you can see from the Screenshot they are on two opposite ends of Debrief and it makes no sense because they are connected as well as on Lothal they are right next to each other so I would really like to see it changed. How would it help the server and/or the player base: It makes more sense to have them closer and I don't see any disadvantages to it being added. Do you think this suggestion will help the server as a whole I do believe it makes more sense to have them closer together and the way it is rn makes it more difficult for command to move across and back and forth between them for promotions or whatever else.

Almost certain the cars can't be adjusted? I may be wrong though !

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Shock ERUVL Major Ka0t6t 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Shock 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? From when I joined Shock I love the day to day challenges and dealing with the people, I would like to maintain and promote the enjoyment for Shock and everyone aboard the ISD. I enjoy helping and taking the time teaching the new people in shock and the server to the best of my abilities. I feel I can do this on a much bigger scale as a Vice Commander steering Shock in a more effective and engaging direction. In the server I spend more than 95% of my time on shock and I have been doing that since I joined. I intend to spend this time striving to improve shock, making good changes and acting on and providing good feedback from everyone to make all the aspects of shock better for everyone. I wish to improve and maintain in the duties of the NCO and Officer corps since to improve shock the whole battalion needs to be working fluently with each other so the COC is maintained and the battalion is not reliant on a couple of people for its success. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 1 week 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The Vice Commander of Shock is the right hand man of the Commander. They assist the commander in anything he needs, dividing up responsibilities to ease the workload. They act in lou of him when he is gone leading and representing the shock battalion. They maintain the quality of the officers/nco/enlisted and that they are performing their intended roles to good specifications. They make sure the SOP is updated and is being followed and understood in the day to day operation of shock. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I have maintained shock values of professionalism, fairness in both myself and those under my command on a smaller scale as an officer. I pride myself in making sure fellow shocks are using their powers justly and that they are knowledgeable in the aspects needed for shocks duties. I put a focus on making sure their quota activities are done to a high standard which is integral for the next generation of shock to both learn the best way to do their duties and enjoy playing on shock. I also have good conflict resolution skills and can help solve situations that may arise. Overall I think with a clean record of no disciplinary action and my 2 months of continuous active work at each level of shock shows my drive to serve shock steadfastly. 7. How often can you be Online? : On average 4 hours a day and more usually on weekends, I also never afk on server so all my time is actively playing. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : Yes I have 14 warnings on Police RP they consist of Fearrp,Failrp,LTAP,Dis. They were all from approximately 7 years ago and I have changed a lot since then.

And why do you have the strikes if you do?: 0 Why should we trust you with a NCO rank?: I think that with my previous experience and time as an officer and NCO in other battalions (501st MAJ ,Purge/IQ CPT, Shock LTCOL) that a really good resource to SF in building their ranks and help them be the best regiment they can be. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank?: I can asset the officers in what ever they need so they dont have to worry about to much. I can be ready to train anybody that wants to join. What is the main purpose of an NCO?: The purpose of an NCO is to be the middle ground between the enlisted and the officers, someone that can teach the enlisted right from wrong and show them the way to be a good SF. NCOs are supposed to help take burden off of the officers and command team. Question, what would happen if you see a enlisted not following orders and they are messing around?: The first move would be to report them to your higher ranking and do what they want you to do. If no one responds then give them a verbal warning and ask them not to do so again. If I get a response do what the higher rank tells you to do. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? #: Why I want to become/obtain the position of vice commander within shock. I feel I have a very good understanding on how to conduct oneself as a leader, preaching our core values, leading/instructing our troopers and making sure everyone within Shock knows what they are doing at all times and rules to follow. Managing our enlisted and NCOs for future promotions so they too can guide those below them, going beyond my normal responsibilities in hopes to lighten the load of my superiors duties, so they may have more time to do other Shock commitments and tasks. I feel being held in a higher position such as Vice Commander, I will pave a more direct path for Shock in a better and cleaner direction. Before I became a Senior Officer, I made sure to keep in constant contact with my superiors following the chain of command as to what I can and can’t do; such as updating the roster and giving feedback on changes to the SOP and/or other documentation. I was given permission at CSM and made sure if I started updating the roster, I was going to finish all of them. This is the first battalion I have ever stuck with for the long haul and dedicated all my time into perfecting, wanting to improve myself within the Gaminglight Community, spend all my free time to better something other than myself and teach those below me on how to conduct themselves as a Shock Trooper. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? #: To my understanding, the main function of a Vice Commander is to not only be the right hand to the Commander but also doing as much as possible so the commander has more time to complete there responsibilities. Having a happy commander means having a happy life. Commanders are the final decision makers when important information has been delegated up through the chain-of-command. Being the face or image of the battalion, always welcoming and open arms to those who wish to join us. Making sure the branches' ranks have well disciplined, active, decisive, good communication skills and leader-like qualities. Always being available for those in need of help, making sure the battalion is a single unit, and ensuring everyone is having fun while being professional on the job. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : #: I feel through my hard work and dedication, I have obtained and gifted much within the Shock Community. I always make sure when interacting with someone that respect, trust, professionalism and fairness is given. I always make sure that not only myself, both others within Shock are meeting their quota, making proper arrests with documentation and following the rules to the T. Been playing on Imperial RP since February 19, 2021 and have given/donated over $1100+. Over the years, I have held a Moderator role, with zero strikes or warnings on the server. It was either when I made VCMDR or CMDR, but I remember walking around as an egg for a bit (all white everything including the kama cause it slapped in brightness). As an homage to the EG6. Nonetheless, yeah, the kama has just been overall flat just eh. I remember at one point it was proposed to be added to I think V07s bodygroupings bc of the jetpack and to prevent burns. Iirc it can't be done, it would have to be a new model, however things might've changed and it could be possible now. Either way, I'd say it'd be a nice revamp for DT.

The purpose of an NCO is to be an example and to represent the battalion as best as they can.
