Do you believe these changes are fair to the battalion/job role it is responsible for and will benefit the server, if so, why?: I believe this will benefit the server as a whole mostly because it will help boost the activity of the IQ branch since it will be a new sub branch. They could also assist the ISB:IA in regards to force/saber users going rouge or having dangerous ideals against the Empire. They also will work in the shadows as ideal assassins because of the weapons they will be assigned to help them in their operations.

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Cliff 2. What Regiment are you applying for? IQ 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? The reason I want to become a commander for IQ is because I believe I have the capability to help manage and lead this battalion, and I also have a great time with everyone in the inquisitorious branch as a whole. Everyone in this branch has treated me very well and everyone is very friendly and helpful regardless of how new someone is to the server. They also look past everyone's disabilities and help them to the best of their abilities while being patient at the same time. These qualities are what I look for in a battalion because like them I want to help others also. I believe I have made several friends during my time in this battalion and I just want help keep it going so others will have the same experience as me. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 721hrs 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The purpose of the commander is to help organize the battalion, and to bring up matters to command such as new weapons and models so that they can try to have those put in to keep everyone in the battalion interested in playing that battalion while to help entice new players to the server or members of other battalions to join said branch for that new experience. Commanders also make sure that the activity in the branch stays up while promoting other battalions to help keep the server growing and entertaining. The other purpose of a commander is to also make sure that all the documents are being improved upon and updated so that everything is easy to understand and to provide all the necessary information so everything that the battalion needs to learn and know are within said document. They also need to lead by example by being the most active out of everyone in that branch and to help guide the other members to be future NCOs, Officers, and the next Commanders to help keep the battalion entertaining, organized, and fun for others. Commanders also have to know to discipline troopers that have done things that go against the SOP and they also make sure that everyone is doing their jobs such as quotas being done and flag ups are being done in a timely manner. Commanders are also the go between the HCOM/SHCOM and the battalion so that all the necessary information is passed along to said battalion. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe I can be trusted with being a commander of this branch because I have the experience necessary to keep the battalion interesting and fun for everyone. I am very active because I am on almost everyday so no one will have to worry about inactivity. I am also in contact with other members in the branch while I am on and off the server so communication will not be a problem and I respond quickly or at least the quickest I can so that there is a clear line of communication between myself and the battalion. My peers have taught me what it takes to help lead a battalion and believed I have what it takes to assist in that effort. I will never take this position for granted because it is a position that is not given but earned through work and dedication to the battalion, and while on this job I will do my due diligence and make sure my assignments are done in a timely manner and try to the best of my abilities to make my battalion entertaining, and to make sure that all the documents and rosters are all up to date and filled out correctly. 7. I want to be a commander in Purge because we are struggling right now because we really don't have a command team, and we can only rely on the Second Sister to help organize both IQ and Purge so I just want to help lighten the load so it wont be overwhelming on one person. I just want to help out as much as I can and learn how to be more efficient in a leadership role. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? Server says 3 weeks but battlemetrics says 681:49 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? To help build and grow not only the battalion they represent, but help grow the sever as a whole so that everyone can everyone who joins can have fun. They are also the go between the battalion and HCOM with any and all suggestions, issues, and feedback on how to better the battalion they represent. They also hand out tasks to help train their NCO and officers and to keep the battalion entertaining so that others would be interested in joining them. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : When a task is given to me I will do everything I can to meet those requirements, and if I can I will try and go beyond them. I am a quick study so once something is taught to me I can retain it really well, but I will ask questions so that I will not make major mistakes. I am currently in IQ with the rank of Lord II Why Would You Like To Become The Rank Of 2LT? [100+ words] There are several reasons why I would like to become an officer within Purge. First, I have former experience being a CPT within Nova before they were taken away, and I have the knowledge of how to assist my superiors in day to day operations. Second, I want to help the NCOs of the battalion in understanding how to effectively do their duties and assist the new enlisted if they have any questions regarding items about the server or the battalion. Finally, I want to lend a helping hand to my superiors such as SOP updates, Trainings, SIMS, PT (if required), and I want to gain more experience in help leading the battalion . It is for these reasons that I wish to become an officer within Purge. What Could You Bring To The Inquisitorious Purge Officer Team? I am a quick learner so I won't have trouble catching on quickly, but I will ask for assistance if something needs thorough explanation so I can deliver the correct information. I also don't beat around the bush and I am very direct when it comes to items within the battalion because sometimes a heavy hand is required, but that is a rare occurrence because I don't want to intimidate but to inspire others so that they in turn can do the same. I have enjoyed my time in Nova, and I met some incredible people that I really enjoy playing with. I want to be a commander in this battalion because I want to help this battalion grow. This is first battalion that I joined when I started playing on the server, and everything I have learned about the server is because of the awesome people in Nova. No What is the purpose/duty of an NCO? We are the face of the battalion so we have to set a good example. We host tryouts and help train the new recruits, and we help explain to the new Enlisted how to carry out their duties. I believe my main objective while I am an NCO is to mainly make sure everyone has fun and they are respectful to on another.
