This allows them to enforce the Imperial Law Ruling to the best of their abilities. Allow ISB Agent and ISB Chief job to have access to a Stun Gun the requesting stun gun being the Stun DC-15S which is different from the current one Shock uses allowing both groups to still have their unique equipment while also allowing ISB to better detain personnel. Upon further testing of the difference of the weapons it is noted that both of the stun weapons have the same stun duration and act the same with both having the charging time. This grants ISB the ability to detain personnel for questioning that are utilizing pieces of their equipment that make it harder to capture specific personnel. The regulations on this would be pretty strict and only allow them to use them for specified reasons. It will also allow the ISB Operatives more Independence within their day to day operations enabling them to capture suspects for questioning. This will make the life of all ISB much easier and give them the edge when it comes to capturing people.
