Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member? I think that I should become a maintenance command member because I am active a much as I can, I'm always looking out for my fellow maintenance and make sure they are doing there job, following ethics, mot, and sop, I work long and hard with anyone who has done something wrong or just needs help with anything big or small, and I'm looking to step up and take responsibility and prove myself as a true maintenance member, I always wish to keep giving myself something to work to while playing on the server, and with command I can push myself to learn and improve on multiple thing, and if I am made a command member i will be given new and better tools to help any and all members with doing there job and making sure they are punished properly when they did something wrong and help them never do it again. [The following questions are intended to test your response and ability as command. You must answer 2 (two) of the questions, though you may answer all 3 if you wish.] 8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? I would inform other personal and ask for assistance getting them back to training room, if all else fails I would call of mod to come assist and then I would punish appropriately 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation?(skiped) 8-3.
