I’ve learned how to handle situations with professionalism to further benefit the rockford police department. My activity has been very well lately; I’ve been on PD everyday since my promotion to LT, this is not going to change either. As a captain, I know it’s a responsibility to host meetings, and with my activity that can be done consistently. I’m determined and deeply motivated to better the department by teaching others and to be always learning from my peers. I’m looking forward to keep on helping others by supervising, teaching, and to make sure other members are always doing the right thing. I’ve developed many relationships with other members from all ranks. Furthermore, Im relied upon and trusted to handle whatever comes my way.
