(Can be any length):I believe i deserve this rank because i have been on this server for 3 years now and i have experience of staffing in this server. i know the rules of the server and i can make the server into a less RDM type or chaotic. when it comes to sits, i will be fair and professional to handle the sits and understand the problem of it. I will do my best to keep the servers fun and uphold the rules of it. I was also trusted and chosen to become a Staff of the month from the higher up of the admin and i will continue to help the server from my past experience when i was an Admin. Even though i was a former admin, i still want to learn more about it to prepare for the future sits to have less mistakes. Becoming a staff is a huge responsibility that i will be trusted to have a power to only use it on the ones that is dispruting the gameplay of the server. As for that, i am very dedicated to the server and almost everyone i knew has trust me that i would not abuse it and only use it for the goodness for the server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I will bring him to the sits and if he start to diss on me or the person that report, i will warn him to be silent or else i will gag him for that. Since the report is mass RDM, i will give him a formal warning due to MRDM and ban him for 5 days of it since the punishment is stated in the rulebook. If we are talking from the rank of trial moderator, i will warn him for Mass rdm and call a higher up admin to punish him due to trial moderator are not allow to use any power of it EXTRA: This application is not just only applying to be a staff but also telling everyone that i am coming back fully to the gaminglight community.
