[75+ words] I can Make sure all NCOs And Enlisted Are Being Treated Fine and no kind of demoralizing or banishing of nova members happens I wanna help nova command to know what's going on with they're NCO's and Enlisted As they don't have the Time to Stress about NCO's not doing they're tryouts or enlisted misbehaving I can assist with the commanding of nova from a lower stand point of nova to give the command a bigger picture of the nova enlisted and NCOs and that command would be more in the know on how they're battalion is handling it self Why do you want to become an Officer? [75+] I think I can to more then I could as NCO I think as a NCO I cannot help out the battalion as much as I want to help I think if I was a officer I could be of more use to nova as a authority figure then only doing tryouts waiting for a event and not being able to anything after that if I was a officer I could host Tech and Flight certification for people the time i've been in Nova i've seen people asking me can you give integration training and cause of me being NCO and no officers being on to help them i have to tell them i cannot what can bring down morale in my opinion as officer who has a diverse Timezone I can reach Alot of nova from other parts of the world Do you have any experience leading / being an Officer? i have experience as a HVYO MEDL in the 21stNovaCorps Clone Wars rp in a another server What is the purpose/duty of an Officer? [100+] To Make Sure Nova Members Know what they're doing in events or outside of events so they wouldn't get themselves arrested over it and if they to teach them why and how to not let it happen again to make sure NCO's Get Trained when they're time may come so they may train more nova troopers and make our battalion blossom with new troops and make sure those troopers who perform well will get they're rank what they have earned though the show of they're skill leading powers or experience and if they should start disobeying the rules of the battalion to make sure that the one who did break the rules be given a fair punishment and not one out of personal vendetta or self interest What qualifies you to be an officer? [100+] I have experience as officer from just a trooper to NCO I think I can be A good Leader to The Enlisted and NCOs to make a better battalion And better troopers with it I can motivate people to make sure they can get the job done and done well not just be a another trooper blasting away no be active during events show the good side of nova show that nova has more to The ST's I wanna make sure nova members are not stressed cause if the human is stressed he will most likely remove himself from the thing what is stressing him i gotta make sure that our member count does not plumite cause of overwork and giving someone the amount of weight they can carry in the battalion not dropping Metal Bars on them, but slowly giving them more responsibilities they can adapt to so they may grow as a enlisted or nco But also as human i hope to make the battalion a better place for everyone and i'm determined to make sure everyone in the battalion has will handle they're responsibilities Do you understand you will be on a 1-2 week trial period?
