Also, I want to be a Member of the Syndicate who is active to help develop the new faction on the server. Also, I want to be a part of the new roleplay additions this Faction will bring this is because they will have the ability to interact with the Empire in different ways that haven't really been explored on the server. Furthermore, being a member of the Pykes creates more for other battalions to do for example the 501st or Tank Troopers and foot soldiers as it allows them to have more fun and I can be apart of the faction that is creating these experiences. Overall, I think the idea is really fun and I'm ready for a different way on the server. What is something that sets you apart from other applicants?: I would say I have developed good leadership skills that I've gained on the server and in real life. In work I am a Senior Line Chef and this means that I am responsible for aiding to run the Kitchen and on the Server I've gained experience from my time in DT and Shock, where I've had to use the skills I've learnt. I also would say that I'm good at speaking to people and gaining a good knowledge of the Situation and knowing when to admit I was wrong. What is the biggest thing you would bring to the Pyke Branch? (Please explain): Communication, this in my opinion id the single biggest thing when it comes to Launching a new faction. This is because everyone doesn't understand to the full depth of what they should be doing. So, if I'm accepted, I want to try and bring a good sense of communication to the Syndicate and I aim to lead by example. Also, If we don't have a good sense of communication then there could be some mistakes made between the Empire and the Pyke's. I also want to aid in hosting Sims or Missions If possible as It is a new faction I want to boost numbers and see what can be done to make the server more interesting. List a few achievements you have accomplished in the server: One of my favourite achievements was I was the first Elite Response Unit Assistant Lead, in this I had to help develop the Sub Branch as it first started growing. I also have managed to achieve the rank of Vice Commander, in this role I am trusted with overseeing the battalion as a whole and also specifically overseeing Seeker Company as SCO (Seeker Company Overseer). I have also reached GMV and Senior Moderator. How often can you be active in-game?: I'm active almost every day and I aim to be on for 5 hours at least Do you have any Warnings?
