Crims can do drive by shootings , gov can shoot out the windows during code reds incase of high speed , 4. Add restaurants and real fast food places 5.instead of dragging during arrest you can hold they hands from behind so no other crims or cars can go between you and the suspect (gov) and break you apart , 6.
