In-Game name: Mez | DT SPC WR6

SteamID: STEAM_0:0:168301546

Rank: SPC

How long have you been in your current rank?: 15 Minutes

What experiences in leadership do you have?: In SCP-RP I was in multiple command positions, 2LT, CPT, (1LT Equivalent rank) in all of these positions had to deal with various situation.  I was also the lead of a special force that had me lead all other members in my squad into enemies. I was also inside of RRH.

Why do you want to be a non-commissioned officer?(100+ Word minimum)

The reason why I would like to be a NCO is because I'd like to be of assistance to enlisted that are new. I'd also like to add more members to our battalion that seem fit to join. My main focuses whenever I join a battalion is to assist them and becoming an NCO would let me do this as I'd be helping out NCOs and Enlisted if needed. I've been in this battalion for not that long I will admit but so far I've had a wonderful experience and would like other DT to experience this as well, I want them to ask questions and not be scared to ask, and slowly learn how DT operates.

What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum)

As mentioned previously I have had experience as a command member which has given me a lot of leadership qualities. I've been able to quickly learn most of the things needed from me and have done the best that I can. Activity wise I've been on early mornings to late afternoon which means I could be of assistance in the early mornings when most personnel aren't on. I will do as much as I can to contribute to this battalion whether that be in assisting in tryouts if it be me or someone else hosting, activity whenever I'm available, and assisting with any DT who needs help. I was a former RRH which helped me when it came to being a DT as some aspects of DT and RRH are very similar adding on even more experience for me in leadership qualities and performance.

Do you understand that if you fail to meet the expectations of an NCO you can be removed from your position? Yes, I do understand that failure to meet expectations would result in me losing my position. I thank you for taking your time in evaluating this application.

You didn't go into detail into what sorts of situations you dealt with. How could the situations that you have dealt with in the past deflect on situations that may happen in DT? Without detail, its much more of a blank statement with nothing to back it up unfortunately.

DT needs members that ARE fit to join. Make sure you have the mentality and are not lenient.

Again, what sort of leadership qualities? Not really sure if we have the same definition of leadership qualities. You need to be able to explain your strengths and weaknesses.

You are quite new to the battalion, and only within 15 minutes of achieving Specialist are trying to get NCO. I do think you should try for more experience before jumping up a couple ranks.

I apologies for not being specific

For the first issue in my application - As a Security CPT I was tasked with commanding enlisted / NCOs with positioning and teaching NCOs on what they were expected to be as one. Since I was in a command position I was expected to provide assistance to Senior command and sorta be a help to all new command members, but that was mainly for SCMD (Senior Command).

As a 2LT Nu7 - This had been more about the multiple tasks we were handed, my tasks in these were to assess the issues and place my troops in certain areas to stop incoming threats such as SCPs or CI. If we were to have say an SCP captured then I was tasked with commanding my troops to guard the exits such as Gate A or Gate B.

1LT - This rank was more dealing with minges and personnel who didn't fully understand what they can and can't do as this rank I will admit I wasn't really able to offer much if I only had this rank best I could do is show the personnel what they can do if they have any questions if they did I'd try my best to either explain it or simplify if they didn't understand.

I will admit reading these is not much, but the point to try and get is that the responsibilities given to me I had tried my best to complete and most of the time were done.

-I will admit this sounded like I'm just going to let people go on through what I meant is it be difficult if not a little more. I don't want this battalion to have people that wouldn't make us look serious.

Leadership Qualities - Now there's some that might not even fit for DT but from looking back there's some that I've found to be useful, one being able to send out some DT to take out the threat while others stay to keep the VIP in cover or any other situation that needs this. As a Security CPT as mentioned I was to help SCMD and teach NCOs, enlisted and sometimes even junior command (Warrant Officer) with this I might be able to judge how our DT are performing and what they can improve on (This would be mainly directed to new enlisted).

Yes I do agree with me being a specialist with 15 minutes trying to get NCO that would be outrageous to some to give. Maybe I do need more time, but from my eyes I do think I'm ready. If this doesn't get accepted I'll reflect and see what I'm missing and try my best to improve on those issues. I do agree with your opinion of getting more experience and I will do this if need be.

Thank you for your critical eye showing me the issues of this application. I think this will be a great help in seeing what issues are with me. Also thanks for taking your time to read this.

Even though you don't have much experience in DT I will still be +support, since you have put in effort into the application by going beyond the minimum and have explained further when you were asked, and it seems you have a lot of experience in NCO and leadership from previous servers and are able to apply those skills here.
