I want to show Enlisted that I am a good NCO that I am a good leader. I want to show DT command that I am a nice and trust worthy NCO. I want to help DT by hosting more tryouts for people who want to join DT. I love to help people who are new to the branch. I have great Combat skills to add to death trooper tryouts. these are my reasons why I can be a good NCO. What makes you stand out amongst the others?(110+Word minimum) Like I stated on top I have great leader ships skills, communication skills and listening skills. I believe these are great skills that NCO or even a officer needs to have in Death Troopers. As my time as a enlisted I've been watching a lot of death trooper NCO and I've made not mental notes and how I can be as good as them or even better. I believe I can be a great NCO to death troopers on helping enlisted or even when ST have questions during the tryouts. I also have 2 years of experience as a NCO. I also have experience on being a officer on gaming light. Proving greatness and proving trust worthy isn't exactly "assisting". I mean, the whole paragraph is about how YOU are going to be great, but nothing about the question. Will you assist by using your activity to host tryouts? Are you a quick learner? Again, no information given that shows the experience as relevant, or transferable to the DT Battalion.DT have high standards for NCOs, Officers, and Command. This application can be much much better, I recommend getting more experience since you applied only 15 minutes after achieving specialist. Seems very quickly written. darkstarson12 Posted July 14, 2022 Share Posted July 14, 2022 -Support You're a good guy, but I want to see you grow more as an enlisted before taking the position of NCO. While I appreciate the effort it takes to write the application, it seems quickly written and kept to the minimum. I have no doubt you'll be ready to be an NCO in the near future, but from my eyes that time is not now. Keep growing inside of DT, do your best and everything else will fall into place as it needs to.
